The front bumper is coming off. The trunk doesn't open. The door panels are very loose. You can't see anything at night the headlights are shot. Cost is 1500 to get replaced. 2 days after getting car back from their mechanic the water pump went out and check engine light came back on. Tint had to be replaced you couldn't see out of it. The speakers were busted. The controls on the steering wheel don't work. Ac doesn't work. Very rude people. Kept lying about the title and license plates. Don't waste the money or time here... They also offer complimentary drinks and snacks, including cookies, bottled water, soda, sparkling water, and a coffee machine with options like lattes and mochas. The staff have always been extremely friendly and welcoming whenever we arrive. As we were traveling from WA State to TX, this was quite an ordeal for us. The salesman we have were very responsive and have no complaints there. The dealership was terrible!! Made numerous attempts to speak to GM and they would never put me through. Finance dept was absolutely non responsive too. Big think is that they said truck was run through safety check. After 400 miles down the road one tire blew out. Another 100 miles down the road a second tire blew out found that both rear tires were bulging. Said we did not buy extended warranty so they would not do anything about it. Would you believe this vehicle actually went through a safety check??? My 19 year old grandson was sent out the door to drive this distance home with faulty tires and got no consideration from dealership as to taking ownership of issue. BAD experience all the way around.
