He did a great job, was very nice, and the price was perfect. He made a new customer and I'll refer him to anyone. Review update: Jay came out and replaced the coil overs and rear brakes on my car. He didn't finish and said he would be back. A month ago. A month of me calling and texting with no response. Meanwhile I have front coil overs that were never adjust properly and a loud clunk from one of them. I would assume at this point he is just ghosting next because he doesn't want to finish the job that I paid him for. Unless I hear back from him with a good explanation of why he couldn't use the phone for a month, I'll leave this review up as a warning for others. Second update: Miraculously the day after I posted the previous update, Jay contacted me. The months worth of text messages and calls weren't enough I guess. He said he was sick and would let me know when he would be able to come by. It's coming up on a month since that message and still no contact from him. Not even after I asked if he couldn't finish the work to just tell me. It's a shame that it got to this point, he seemed reputable at first. But now I'm stuck with a half assed job that I need to take somewhere else to get finished. I was a drop in and although they had a quite a few cars in process, they got my car up on rack to show me the issue since I was waiting. Owner confirmed I had leak and bracket breakage which I knew about the bracket already but it the leak. They showed me and talked thru each issue. Repaired my car in a matter of minutes and had me back on road. They were absolutely courteous, upfront on the issues and quickly repaired it. It was a relatively minor issue I guesss and something they see regularly with my make/model. Could have charged me for their time/supplies, and I would have happily paid, but they did not. Maybe it's because it was a relatively simple repair but they are a for profit business, so it is more than that. Says a great deal about these owners, their integrity and honesty and their love of community. Would highly recommend this family owned business to anyone with exhaust repair needs.
