Follow up from last review with them straight to the point they have a check for max in office or could be on its way aaa gave the max settlement for me they have called few times telling me they need me to sign i told them f no not signing till you provide me itemized list of how much and where all funds are going they call back you need to sign again f no they have not sent one piece of paperwork or email just you need to sign they they get there 11 grand and dr gets rest as for me they haven't told me if im getting anything cause dr bills are more then settlement and again I leave messages email no call nothing but last review I said they will be calling next day why the negative review again I bet they will call Monday or Tuesday lol I will update review again next Sunday let's see how it goes read more

My son was in an accident in 2020. The other driver had a stop sign and my son had the right away. My son was under age and did not have a DL and for that reason I seek help from Jonathan Kashani. This who process took 22 months. First, the vehicle was taken to a body shop for repairs and later to find out it was a total loss. The car was left in the body shop for some weeks. I advised Jonathan that charges were accruing and he stated, "Take out the car from the body shop, pay the amount of $3250 and we will reimbursed you." Second, a contract was signed him charging me 45%. Third, they scheduled appointments for my son to see the doctors, which it took me longer to get to drive to than the time he was seen. Literally in some occasions 5min. Then, since the car was under my fathers name the other party got an attorney so that the insurance can also fault my father. He had to go to court and the attorney (Female) from Kashani office was one hour late and when called upon she didn't respond which meant she was not there at that time (I was told this by my State Farm attorney. Court was done via Zoom). But yet they took their money! One day I received a call from Jaqueline to let me know the case was closing and that "courtesy of Jonathan he was going to charge me 5% less of his fee than what he had told me $40%." She also said, once you click on the link (yelp) check will be signed. I needed to write a review on yelp and she email me the link and all. For one, I did not know how much he was getting and 2nd, I still did not get the reimbursement I paid the body shop to remove the vehicle from their premises and last, I told Jacqueline how am I going to write a review before receiving payments and the case closing. I asked her how much did the case close, she said "$15K" I asked her to send me a breakdown which she did. After I told her, "No the case was supposed to close for $15k from the other party insurance and $10k more from my insurance which equals $25K. After speaking with Lucy, In fact it was a total of $25K. Since it was more than $15K the courtesy discount was removed. Lol. As of today's date I have not received my reimbursement and by the way things look it seems I am not. So basically I am out of $3250 that I should not have paid. If I would have known I would have let the car at the shop and let the insurance deal with it. Communication was and is not there. I do not understand how he has 5 stars but after receiving the email from Jacqueline for me to click on the link (which was Yelp) Now I know why. They put a good review before payment is handed to them. I will NEVER recommend anyone to their office. I'm currently seeking another attorney. I was in an accident on March 18th. I have only had a telemedic appointment. This was a video call. I didn't even receive doctors notes for work even though they assured me I would. They assured me the notes were being sent. I'm pretty sure this whole office isn't even real. They haven't even looked at my car. It's just sitting at my daughters house. I was told I'd be reimbursed for my car rental and haven't heard from them at all. It's been a month. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I wish I can rate this place with zero stars. This place is a complete SCAM. They only want your money!! The case manager, Noah, is GARBAGE. Extremely rude, snarky, had attitude since day one for no reason! He was even rude while we had a 3 way phone call with a medical office to schedule an appointment. Very embarrassing. My case got transferred to another case manager, Stacy. She was somewhat better, however, she was not knowledgeable and made me feel bad for not being able to do a MRI. Mind you, they need to remember their clients have been in traumatic accidents. It's insane how poor their customer service is. I only spoke to Jonathan once and he completely ghosted me after multiple attempts to get in contact. Not sure why he would give me his direct number/cell and state that I can reach out with any questions in the first place then. He also claimed he was going to get half a million dollars from my case and my settlement would be the same amount. Super unprofessional. What kind of "lawyer" says that?? No one is helpful and they're all rude and unresponsive. They make YOU feel bad for getting into a car accident.
