They made the appointment for 2 days. The guy was there promptly. Made the repair, talked about prevention, made another suggestion about another issue. Can't beat that for service! Broken commitments, no-shows for site visits, incomplete information, and complete lack of customer service. I would highly recommend that you reconsider hiring H&H Lifestyles to do your generator installation should you decide to get one. Presently, I am working with a local electrical contractor on this project and, if he turns out to be reliable and affordable, I will update this review with his contact information. The parts arrived within a week and they were available to come out the next day. The repair went very smooth. They arrived on time (one hour window) and went to work. He had the right tools to move this beast of a range without scratching the range or my new wood floors. The job was done in less than a hour. My range fans are purring! Instead of having too wait 3 weeks to have our equipment picked up, serviced and returned she worked magic and we walked out with a new (similar) model piece of equipment. Pretty sure because she took the time to talk to us and discovered the amount of work I had piled up and knew the predicament I was in at the time. She even agreed and arranged to have my new equipment tested by a tech before we left the store to ensure it worked properly. Even the rest of the staff was nothing short of great making us feel right at home. Everyone was very polite, friendly and eager to assist us and other customers in the store with whatever they needed. Our hood vent stopped working after 10 years. They sent out a repairman ($150 to show up) who said…read morethat the repair would cost almost as much as a replacement. So we bought the replacement. We scheduled their RECOMMENDED installer to install it as well as vent the hood to the outside. It was on an exterior stucco wall and had never been vented to the outdoors. The installer is named Rodney Cooper--stay as far away from him as you can. He replaced the vent (2 people 1.5 hours with NO electrical work) and then had trouble drilling to the outside. He asked for $2650.00 after doing half the job. My fault for not asking for an estimate beforehand. This was an insane amount for the amount of work he did. And he wouldn't communicate with me when we were both in my house, after I expressly asked him to do so--instead he repeatedly called my husband who was out of town and at Urgent Care for a medical issue. Cooper left without letting me know what the plan was to finish the job. I subsequently called 2 other installers who said the job should have been well under $1000. (one said $550-$650, less if it took less time than he estimated) Now I see Livingoods' response, telling me that it's my fault for not getting an estimate, which I acknowledged above, and that he doesn't know Mr. Cooper's rates. That is unacceptable, since they recommended him. He does not address if $2650 was a reasonable fee for installing a $900 vent. We told Mr, Cooper that there had been a window (since removed) behind the cooktop, and he had told my husband that he had architectural experience, he should have known that there was a 'header' above every window, and his sub tried to drill through the header, where Cooper had determined was the best location. I know that I should have asked for an estimate, but I never expected Livingoods to recommend someone who would charge that much for such a small job. Again, I don't really have an issue with Livingoods, but I do have a SERIOUS COMPLAINT against their preferred installer, Rodney Cooper. Furthermore, Mr Cooper told me not to pay the sub, but to pay him instead, and that I would get a $50 discount if he didn't have to write an invoice. If I am the only person who has complained about Cooper's charges, I am truly surprised.

I didnt realize because it was still cold in my garage so I didnt see any issues at the time. Now the weather has changed and my garage is hot so I was seeing how my refrigerator was struggling to stay cold inside. I own a micro bakery and I use it for many loads of sourdough bread. I called appliance 4 less and told them that I had looked up my refrigerator and that the one they sold me was not the one I had requested. I told them that on purchase I stated that I needed to have and only wanted a garage ready refrigerator. The kind woman did not argue with me and tried to help me. She looked to find me a garage ready refrigerator and told me they did not have one. The customer service I received was amazing especially in today's time you really dont find good customer service anymore but you do here. Because she couldn't find a refrigerator that I needed she offered to refund my money even with it being 5 months that I did use it. I was so surprised and honestly I expected to have many arguments and needing to get my credit card company involved but I didnt have to. I can say this company truly gives the best service its starts from the minute you walk in the door. I even got a free warranty on the refrigerator which was amazing. So if you are looking for an appliance I would not go anywhere else. This is the second purchase that I had made with Appliance 4 less and if I ever need or have someone I know that needs an appliance I will always tell people give appliance 4 less a chance.
