had appointment with Kasha for 5 today, at 5:15, I called her because she hadn't arrived or didn't get a call. after contacting her, she did admit that she forgotten and could be there in 15 minutes. Told her to come on as I had my two witnesses here. Moments later she called back and said she couldn't find my address. Only address she came up with my address, put her in Tazwell. told her she needed to update her GPS and she responded by telling me to get a different notary.
