Due to my past experiences with different law firms for different reasons, my hopes and expectations were low when I sought to retain counsel for my eggshell claim. After retaining RLG I just thought to myself, "here we go again". Boy, was I proven so wrong by them. From the moment I signed, they got to work for me. I was being called daily to see how I was feeling. They even assisted with communicating with adjusters to expedite my auto repairs. One of the worst things I disliked about other law firms is that it is impossible to talk to your attorney after you sign your retainer. Everything seemed to be going well and I had clear communication with a lady named Jasmine, once they got all the medical documents I then started speaking to someone named Fernando who asked me questions in regards to if I was still seeking medical treatment, which I wasn't, I couldn't afford to. I would say roughly about a month or so ago I got a call from Fernando and again asking me about medical treatments, which again I couldn't continue to afford when he hung up with me his tone changed and he said Mr. Koppelman would reach out to me that day, a call I never received. I got a bad feeling but waited to get called, never got called. Finally I reached out about 2 weeks ago via text with Jasmine and nothing all communication stopped, I reached out again yesterday and about an hour ago I got a standard email from Fernando with a (discontinuing of service attachment) with no reason why.
