18 months later, there has been very little progress or transition on my case, along with a significant lack of communication. I've had to constantly call and send emails just to receive updates, rather than being kept informed proactively. It seems that the firm may be taking on more cases than they can effectively handle. I've seen others with similar cases have theirs resolved within just a few months through other firms, which makes the lack of progress here even more disappointing. Very misleading told me that their fee would not be taken out of my settlement and that there was an agreement with the manufacturers that they get paid directly from them. That was a lie. They took well over $5000 and an additional $900 for fees again I was lied to it was very confusing and I think they do that by design. I suggest going straight through the manufacturer. The last time I had to do this I had to check within 20 days. This took over three months. The only plus I give them is they did respond to my messages and text messages was never clear but they always responded. I would never ever use them again and I highly recommend you go through the manufacturer first they said it was better to go through them (lemon pros) because they can get me more money, even though that wasn't what my goal was, and in fact, I received less and it took me longer, and I can't get over the fact that they lied to me.
