We found Laura online, sent her an email and met in person a few days later. It was like meeting back up with an old friend. She is very personable, caring and professional. Within 72 hours we had the house we wanted and we were under contract. We had to go back to the state we were moving from and she took care of everything for us on this end. Giving us options for an inspector, making sure that was completed, meeting with the builder when we couldn't and making this all seamless as well as stress free. If you're looking to work with a true real estate and marketing professional that is also incredibly kind and thoughtful, you've found your person in Laura. Thank you for everything Laura!

She was a pleasure to work with us throughout the whole process. We had not bought or sold a home in over 33 years and Stacie got the home we wanted. She persisted until we got the right purchase. Then, she sold our home as well. Our old house had 4 offers and Stacie negotiated diplomatically, ethically and honestly with the highest bid buyer's realtor. There was an in-house offer from her firm, but she honestly and fairly helped us to choose what offer was best for us, which turned out not to be her firm. Everything about Stacie is professional! Both of our settlements went smoothly without any problems. Stacie worked tirelessly to get all the details right. It was a pleasure to work with our new home seller and the buyers of our old home. Stacie steered us through all the in's and out's of the real estate transactions. We can highly recommend Stacie for your next home purchase. We give her five (5) stars!!

We paid $30.00 for each application for a total of $60.00. Yesterday, Monday 4/12/2021, we received an email from Brendan stating that we are the top contender for the property. Since there are a number of applicants for the property the owner now wants to charge $1700 per month and we need to sign a 2 year lease. This agency is involved with owners that engage in unacceptable, and unethical, bait and switch tactics after we filed an application in good faith with the understanding the home would rent for $1600 as clearly advertised. We contacted the main Long and Foster office and they gave the name, number and email address of Brenden Stewarts manager Fran Truax. He seemed uninterested and unconcerned about the bait and switch tactics employed by his real estate agents as well as those the agency works with. Avoid them. There are much better professional, and ethical, real estate agencies available.

Mary Beth is the most hard working and best agent I have come across through 3 home purchases and 2 home sales. We were new to the area and uncertain exactly where we wanted to live as our employment was not finalized. When we expressed interest in an area that Mary Beth was less familiar with, she brought in a colleague to assist us in that market. Mary Beth wanted to do the best job for us and recognized where her own experience could have been limiting, and made sure that we had the expertise we needed for that market. Beyond her knowledge, experience and hard work, Mary Beth is just a pleasure to work with. She will respond to emails, texts and voicemails, around the clock. When it came time to close, I found her diligence and negotiating skills to be the most valuable aspect of working with her.

If anyone has the opportunity to work with Susan Lindsey, seize it!…read more Susan redefined the role of realtor: Every step of the way through our complicated journey, she brought her deep experience regarding the market, a wealth of connections on how to get stuff done, an eye for design, and a sense of calm, steady confidence coupled with a compassion and a sense of humor. We had a very complicated situation involving an elderly relative who granted me power of attorney to deal with his affairs, including his house which was full of a quarter-century of hoarding. Because I live out of state, an airline flight away, Susan worked with me to get this house on the market. So much work was required, and her recommendations of resources were invaluable. Not only did she recommend high-quality people, but she was very sensitive to cost. Susan brought a unique blend of patience and focus to this project. She kept us on track but was never pushy or overly directive. I never questioned that she was doing her very best for us and was committed to getting the best possible return on investment for the house sale. Please bear in mind that she did all this through the COVID crisis which was a huge challenge. Susan is someone who worries about details -- stopping by the house during work to make sure all is ok, whether the new lock worked in the way it should, among myriad examples. Susan kept her eye on the market, and the best way to position the house for optimum sale. Finally, though, for me, Susan is considerate of the human side of buying and selling a house. No question was too small or annoying for her. She was patient and understanding through the process and has such a wonderful demeanor that I didn't feel that this was merely a business deal. Susan Lindsey is a person of great integrity and wisdom and brought these values to the process. The house sold very quickly and easily, and we were very pleased with the price. Getting there was a journey, and I'm grateful that Susan Lindsey was leading the way. I'm happy to provide details if anyone has questions.
