This happened probably 6 or 7 times. Then we were sued because of not cooperating. We would have been better off without any representation. Mr. Smiths negligence caused us to be sued and I have the documentation. When he found out the value of the asset we were selling, he tried to broker the sale when we already had the buyer. Then he said, "Well, looks like there will be enough money for everyone." PS Couldn't return calls because he was out of town to attended 6 funerals. Couldn't return call because flight was cancelled due to mechanical. Guess he was busy fixing it.
