The return policy is another major problem. For a brand that charges premium prices, the policy feels restrictive and outdated. There is no flexibility and no real consideration for the fact that customers are investing a significant amount of money in their products. Other retailers in the same price range have moved forward with more reasonable policies, but this location has not.
