The most concerning issue is the condition of the rugs throughout the store. They are torn, frayed, and tangled to the point where they present a clear tripping hazard. It is not a minor detail. It is something anyone can see the moment they walk in. It makes the store look neglected and creates an unsafe environment for shoppers who should not have to watch every step they take. The return policy is another major problem. For a brand that charges premium prices, the policy feels restrictive and outdated. There is no flexibility and no real consideration for the fact that customers are investing a significant amount of money in their products. Other retailers in the same price range have moved forward with more reasonable policies, but this location has not. Aritzia may sell beautiful clothing, but the overall experience at this store does not match the quality of the merchandise. Safety, customer care, and basic upkeep should not be optional. Until those issues are taken seriously, this location falls short of the standard the brand claims to represent.

I'm assuming she will be reading this because she is the highest ranking in the store so she claim. ( you know who you are) She was rude, impatient, and condescending. I have a feeling why she is angry though. My best guess is that she is angry with her haircut. The staff we're not at all helpful, and we're making up return policy rules that were not posted on the website. I have reported this to the Better Business Bureau

Aritzia - Get your SH-t together people. I am telling you a lawsuit is close when someone wipes out on this floor and cracks their head open.

I like Land's End, but do all of my shopping online and only venture into the stores to make a…read morereturn (and then do some looking around). I think Burlington is the only physical store in New England, and I would like to offer a suggestion for returns: please allow them at the register when the return desk is backed up. Maybe more than "please", perhaps "for the sake of everyone's sanity, please do returns at the register". Here is the scene: arrived at 10:10 yesterday morning, the store had been open for 10 minutes. I was returning two things, both had the tags on it and I had the receipt so nothing complicated. I got into line, and noticed the woman in front of me had TWO HUGE BOXES next to her; of course I thought "OMG, is she actually returning all of that?". I felt as though I was in the express line at the grocery store and then someone in front has 126 items and no clue as to how to self-scan. Meanwhile, no one was waiting at the regular register, and I almost called the store just to ask if we could be helped at the store? Note that I wanted to call because I feared getting out of line which was really growing at this point. Both boxes were stuffed and contained more matching pajamas and slippers than an entire neighborhood would need. Obviously no one in her family wanted to match, these were all in their original packages so maybe her UPS driver is just really cute and she wanted to have him/her show up at the door more often? Who knows, but her return took 18 minutes (yes, I timed it); when she finally left, I was done in less than 2 minutes. I really felt badly for the nice guy working (Quentin), I can only imagine he wondered if his whole day would be like this? There were at least 10 people behind me - none with boxes of any size - so returns at the register would have been great. After that, I was so aggravated that I just wanted to get out of the store and not bother with shopping while I was there!

They were helpful but not pushy and they were knowledgable about their merchandise. I bought two beautiful shirts made of fabric that was woven of beautiful colors and textures. All their products are classy and tasteful but not boring and should last a long time if properly cared for. I couldn't have had a better shopping experience. Thank you Marilyn and Christopher.

So, why three stars instead of four or five? The gentleman on shift that day was a little too salesy for me and for that store. It's a very small store so already I was trying to be polite but also set the tone that I'd just like to look for a bit and get an idea of what I wanted. He was respectful of that, although within 5min I did get asked twice if i was ready to try something on, etc. But when I did decide, he was very prompt and accommodating in getting me the two pairs and in a few sizes. The check out process was where I started to want to just move it along, as the upsell was coming hard and heavy. Apparently because I'd like to purchase shoes, that must mean I didn't have a selection of belts at home to wear to match, or socks or even a shirt. All three of those items I was told I was going to get, meaning, "...and now you'll just get the shirt, you'll need this belt and let me pick out some socks for you and you'll be all set.". No thank you sir, I'll just take the loafers and be on my way. He got the idea and after another attempt at selling me creams, waxes and polishes, I was rung up and out the door. I do recommend this location though, don't get me wrong. Just be forewarned that you'll need to prepare for the tight quarters and final upsells at the end.
