They told me they had no more appointments available until January 2026 ( 6 months later!) and to call back then. I called multiple, multiple times during that first week of January - no one ever answered, and voice mail said "full, can accept no messages". During the second week, I finally did get someone to answer and - GUESS WHAT?? - all apointments were full !! Interesting - not to mention shady - who did all those appointment slots go to ? I held up my end of their "business" (very loose description) request by calling back when they told me to, yet they were totally negligent on their end. They never answered the phone, or provided ability to leave a message. How in the HECK was I supposed to make an appointment?? They told me they would put me on a "cancellation list". Of course, sure...well guess what, it's March and I still haven't heard a thing. Definitely not good business practice - not to mention plain old integrity.

Rick, the owner, has a great eye for quality and style and is super friendly, to boot. Once he offered to lend us his SUV so we could haul a piece of furniture to our nearby home!
