I've been buying Kate spade for yearrrsss and love it and always went to their location in jersey but this time I was in a different area. I went to the KOP, the workers there were very sweet and called over to Pottstown to make sure they had the bag I was looking for. When I got there, I was rushed out by a young female worker and her co worker (male)... they knew I was coming and I drove an hour and hit some traffic but I still had 10 minutes to shop. I asked about the deal (spend 150 get a free tote). When I asked her if that applies to me she said I'm not a member (she put my phone number in wrong). Then said that they don't have the mesh bags (they were sitting behind her. I could tell that since both workers were young, they just wanted to go home. Not wait 5 minutes for me to pick something else out (my total was 144) . I'm very sad and disappointed, I don't live close to the outlets so when I drive that long (and they knew I was coming) I expected just to not be rushed out of the door. Took the time out of my day to come back and return the bag since I didn't even get a second to look at any others. This isn't how the world used to operate.. especially nice stores like this... I'm really upset with how I was treated and I was not mean AT ALL. She just didn't want to wait for me and clearly had somewhere to go (she called her male co worker up front to hint we need to leave ).. Nothing beats getting a $355 skirt for a mere $24.99! It was my first time ever in a Kate Spade store (even an outlet!), but I was feeling good this day and wanted to treat myself. The sales associate was extremely nice and let me know about all the various promotions going on in the store. While browsing in the sale section, I stumbled upon a gorgeous black a-line marked down to $49,95; luckily for me, everything (clothing wise) was an additional 50% off. Every fashionista loves a good deal and a beautiful purse, am I right? I love Kate Spade. Her bags are classic, without being boring, and are made of beautiful materials. But boy are they pricey. If you feel like driving out here I have no doubt you will find at least one purse YOU MUST HAVE. Their purses are well stocked - coming in a rainbow of colors and in many shapes and sizes. They also have leather accessories (wallets, key fobs, coin purses), jewelry and clothes. I have no idea if the outlets contain stock that is last season or just overspill from the current season but I have never felt things are "so-last-year". Then again Kate Spade is pretty classic on the whole. Prices can still be expensive, but are always less than what you would find in a department store or online. Occasionally you will find a supurb deal. I went in once with some Chirstmas money and a huge percentage of the store was 70% percent off. I wanted to cry and had serious difficulty limiting myself to just a single purse. The sales girls have always been very nice and helpful. read more

I have always loved Kate Spade and realy really love the fact that the outlet store carries a great selection of popular styles and colors, but at a much lower price than say, Neiman's. I was looking around for a zip top leather bag with a cross-body strap and was having a hard time deciding between 2 bags. The associate was very helpful and gave me all of the updates on sales/promotions, along with the final prices for each bag, without my prompting, even.
