We visited this store at the beginning of this year. I must say it's a very organized store. The stock of bags was good too and it was organized in a theme. Store was quite spacious and good amount of people can browse the products at once. There was a section for clothes and accessories too. Didn't got a chance to browse any clothes or accessories. I don't usually do retail therapy, but when I'm in the mood to venture out, there are just those days that remind you why online shopping is better than dealing with an actual store. This...is...one...of...those...days. I can't wait for the age when you get a Roz to help you like the one from Wild Robot, replacing people who hate their jobs/life. I came here looking for a little bag for my upcoming wedding, I was disappointed by the lack of help especially since I approached one of the staff asking if they had a certain bag on hand. No hello, no acknowledgement just a lackluster expression plastered on their face, hating their lives...Taelyr. While they reached out to whoever was working in the back for inventory, there was no follow up if they had a spare or not. I kept looking around the store seeing if there's another alternative and decided on something else that may fit my needs. No one came to help, the same girl I had approached earlier seemed like she had better things to do so I found another alternative bag and decided to pay. I left the store, re-examined the bag that she gave me that wasn't even the original one I chose, saw some gray and makeup marks and went back to the store fuming. "I want another bag, this one has marks,"I stated. She grabbed a wet cloth and quickly cleaned it in front of me, "I just cleaned it, do you still want a new bag?" I held the wet bag, glared at her and gave it back, "there's make up here too." I pointed out the bits of makeup smeared on the other side of the bag. "I want another bag." I repeated She called someone in the back who did a quick exchange and because they don't seem to care for quality, I decided to inspect the new bag that was just given to me. What I learned from this place : 1. Be careful of the slight of hand they did with switching items you choose to some other random bag. 2 . Mental note: I won't come back to this store, they lack integrity and think their customers have single digit IQs. 3. And that lovely QR code that comes with the receipt...scan it, let them know how you really feel. read more

Great store with a great variety of purses to browse! Their customer service is great too, they were so kind and patient with me. I asked a few questions about their return policy and about a specific purse I've been eyeing on the outlet website. I was able to find items that sparked my interest very quickly and the checkout was a breeze. They gave me a newly packaged purse for one of my purchases and allowed me to inspect the floor sample of the item I was buying. The employees here are always welcoming and kind. They always let you know what kind of deals are going on, and if they have coupons, they will hand them to you. Keep up the excellent customer service guys! They have such a cute selection of handbags and wallets. This one isn't as busy as the Kate Spade in the Livermore Outlets which I like. lol. Not a fan of huge crowds, and their stock is very similar. It's located near Gucci and Polo Ralph Lauren. In front of the store there is a little playground for children. Went in for a new purse and wallet. I found the perfect ones and went to check out. When checking out they brought out a new one wrapped up and bagged it without showing me (bad on me for not looking) and it turns out it isn't the bag I picked out. There is a zipper on the flap that I didn't want. Also it was supposed to be an extra 20% off and it wasn't. Disappointed and definitely double checking my purchase next time. Kate Spade outlet is awesome! I have gotten so many great deals at both the Vacaville & Livermore outlet locations. Full leather purses for under $100. Wallets for under $75. They always have a sale of some sort and if you can stop by on a holiday weekend you usually score even more with an additional 20% off on select styles. The Vacaville location is very large, roomy and brightly lighted. Purses are displayed in groups by collections and colors. Most of the employess are helpful but without being too pushy or hovering over you. So far I have purchased 3 handbags and one wallet from the outlets. I receive many compliments on them. My only hope is that Kate Spade doesn't turn into Coach where everyone and their momma is walking around with a Kate Spade bag. So far they are still pretty exclusive as they are only sold at Nordstroms/Nordstrom Outlets, Kate Spade boutiques, and outlets stores. They also sell sun glasses, jewelry and a small amount of clothing. Yes there is security in the store, not sure why as the handbags are not LV or Gucci prices and the outlet area seems pretty safe. However I am sure the employees feel more safe with them there. read more

I must have said it wrong a handful of times while I was there lol. This is my favorite store at the Vacaville Outlets. They carry purses, wallets, jewelry, tech accessories, sunglasses and clothing. The bags are usually very cute, colorful and fresh/on trend, but still somehow very classic. I absolutely love that about Kate Spade. The store is usually marked down 40 to 50%, and the clearance section is usually an additional 20% off on top of that - woot! You should still expect to pay at least $200 for a purse, but it's still better than anywhere else that sells Kate Spade. The quality also doesn't seem to be compromised even though it's an outlet, a rarity for outlets these days. As for customer service, the staff is consistently very helpful, friendly and happy. Sometimes I'll walk out empty handed because the season's line can be dull, but that is no fault to this store. This store makes me happy...you should pay a visit if you're in the area! read more

Always gotta love a Kate Spade New York Outlet. This location is quite spacious and new! It was also EMPTY, which is LOVELY. Not sure if it was because I visited on a Friday in the middle of the day, but it was so nice not to have to wait in line to get inside or get help. I still gotta say, though, I love my Seattle Outlet so much more. Lots more variety, and the clearance section is much larger. I think this clearance had just a few items. When I visited, the sale was pretty good. 40% off with most items having an additional 20% off. Having the guard at the door is annoying, too. This is my second visit here and I'm fortunate to have found something that caught my eye, again I came in hoping to get a nylon tote to replace my other tote for school. I was greeted promptly and handed a price menu which corresponded with their current promotion. I was informed about their holiday sale as well as saving an additional off select styles. I found 3 bags that caught my eye but only needed one so I went with a packable/convertible duffle. It's actually pretty neat. Anyway, their customer service was good. They did have a lot of shoppers in the store at an early hour so I could understand their need to help everyone. I am a faithful follower of Kate Spade merchandise, but today I found myself disappointed by their costumer service. I understand that this outlet tries to cater to its Chinese costumers as much as possible, but the Chinese-speaking employee was beyond rude. She interrupted me before I had a chance to ask my question, immediately saying in Chinese "no problem I speak Chinese." This is very disrespectful and rude, to interrupt someone and assume that they cannot speak English. I had expected better from this store, but apparently their training doesn't extend to all employees. :( read more

Wow the prices here are insane! I was shocked to see such amazing prices on what are normally very expensive purses. Now it is important to keep in mind that these purses and items are made just for the outlets, so they will not be *as* high of quality as a normal Kate Spade purse. However, I do not mind this at all especially for the discounts you are getting. I got an adorable black wallet that holds an I-Phone for 40 dollars! I can never stay away from Kate Spade and their Vacaville outlet is no exception. I have been a couple of times and I am always promptly greeted by one of the friendly sales associates and informed of any special pricing/sales. I never liked to be hovered around when shopping, especially since most times I am just browsing and not looking for anything specific. The associates are good about not hovering over you yet being available and cognisant of when you might need assistance. Last week they were having a special on watches and I saw one I had been coveting for awhile. After I tried it on and decided to take the plunge the sales associate went in back and got me a brand new watch in all of its packaging. 5 stars for customer service! These stylish ladies will stop at nothing to help you out. I recently received gifts I wanted to exchange but the price tag was missing from a set of earrings. It took about ten minutes but my cashier was able to locate the item in the system. The staff apologized for a long wait but I was happy I could exchange the item! There was no wait whatsoever to get in the store. My friends and I anticipated a line out the door since I once waited 40 min to get into the Livermore location. No line here! I deducted a star because most of their items are from several seasons ago, more so than the Livermore one. They're also transitioning from summer to fall so one side has darker colors and the back of the right side has the dwindling supply of brighter summer hues such as coral. The shop's worth a visit and it has a children's playground and hot dog cart right out front to keep your kids/spouse entertained. read more

I love this location! It's so easy to find from the parking lot and the store itself is a great size. There's plenty of space with a huge selection to choose from. Everything inside is clean and tidy, and as I browse around the store, I see the staff always working hard. As silly as this sounds, I bought my first purse here 2 years ago. I'm 23 years-old right now, and I have always received hand-me-downs from my mother and older sister. I chose to buy my first purse from here because of the stylish, classy purses available - not to mention the price! I've been here year-round and I love the 60% off + the additional 20% off after that. I recently bought a medium-sized purse as a gift for $93 (tax included) yesterday, during MLK weekend. In September/late summer I bought a classic black one for ~$85 because the same deal was going on then, too. There's also a special student discount for 10% off if you bring your student ID. However, this discount usually does not stack on the 60% + 20% off because of the crazy discounts already. The staff is very helpful and welcoming and helped me to find something I'm looking for. I love how that they don't pressure me to purchase anything, but rather suggest. Transactions are also quick at the counter. During busy days like the holidays or weekends, parking can be a pain, but it's worth it. There's a playground and a food truck in front of the store the last time I went. I am not a Purse collector but love their other accessories! It is a beautifully laid out and open store. There is a suit dressed security guy at the door to greet you. They are probably susceptible to grab n runs so I get it and because he is well dressed, well groomed, and polite, it adds a bit of class. I thought this would be out of my price range but it is generally not. Everything is on some kind of sale. The wallets are less than $50 and you can find a purse for just under $100. The small area of clothing is super pricey though. $500 for a dress with a 50% discount is still more than I want to pay. I love the jewelry section although the selection seemed sparse compared to the holiday season. Fun pretty stuff for less than $30 each. You get a pouch that says Kate Spade on it. A clean, well-lighted place for purses. This Kate Spade outlet is very pretty -- maybe not as boutique-y as a regular Kate Spade store, but it's very appealing. Everything's merchandised very nicely, and the staff is all friendly. Nothing "cheap" about it. And for that, I'd include the prices... Like so many stores in these outlet malls, it's not really a place to find "steals." For the most part you get a good discount on items, but it's not like super deep-discount (unless you search the clearance areas). If you feel OK with the price you're paying, then you'll be OK. Just don't expect to find a $325 tote for $25. That said, it doesn't appear to sell seconds or cheaper versions of what you'd find in "normal" stores -- just older styles. In terms of stock: tons of purses, wallets, bags; good amount of reading glasses & sunglasses; lots of phone cases; earrings and keychains; a few clothing items. No shoes. The one thing I *hoped* to find in large quantities, but didn't -- some of the "quirkier" items by Kate Spade. I saw one small crossbody lemon purse (one of last year's styles, I believe)... but that's it. Worth your stop if you're in the area (or they're having a sale). read more

Original price was $118 and came out to $47. Like WHAAAT?! Most of their newer styles are located as you enter and are separated in sections with similar styles. They also have a clearance towards the back-right of the store and wallets located near the check out line. I was soooo flustered by the affordability of their products and literally had to contain myself from buying other purses, handbags, and wallets. I'm sad to say that we had a terrible experience at this Kate Spade outlet. My daughter received two bracelets for her birthday, which she wanted to exchange since they didn't go with any of her outfits. We drove up to the outlet and picked out a cute pair earrings and a ring and took it to the counter. The bracelets came to $39.00 and the earrings and ring came to $36.00, but the clerk said she couldn't give us the change (either on a card or cash), because we didn't have a receipt. "That's ok," I said, just keep the extra $3.00. This is when things got weird. The clerk (who also turned out to be the manager), refused to keep the money and let us finish the exchange. She said she couldn't do it, that the cash register wouldn't open until we bought something else to cover the $3.00. There was nothing in the store for $3.00, so basically, the manager forced us to buy something we didn't want. Instead of being able to exchange one gift for another, we ended up paying an extra $15.00 for the privilege of shopping at Kate Spade! I guess that's what they mean by luxury goods. I've worked in retail myself and I know for a fact that you can always open the drawer if you really need to. I was appalled at the low level of customer service at this store. read more

Went there for the first time on Sunday, June 15. Big store, beautifully decorated, with lots of totes, handbags, accessories, jewelry, etc. (no shoes). I was tempted, especially because the store was running a huge discount promotion. The employees are friendly and try to be helpful, but when I asked one employee their return policy (I wanted to get a gift and was concerned about the person being able to exchange/return it), she had no idea what it was and had to ask the manager. Several of the designs of the bags are copies of prior seasons' designs, which is nice if you didn't get a chance to buy it earlier in the regular line. One caveat though, some of the bags are obviously made with a lower-quality material, and the stitching can be slightly off. For the huge discount though, it's totally worth it. read more
