My kitchen and laundry room are GORGEOUS but it was not worth the headache, I am very sorry to say.

We needed a couple more weeks to work on the room before it was ready to be insulated, and they patiently waited for us to give them a callback. Once we did call them back, they were ready to send employees over the next day which is fantastic customer service! My husband and I both work from home and were in meetings during the day, but the employees were very quiet and considerate while working as to not disturb us. They completed the entire job in 90 minutes, and upon inspection of their work afterwards we found it to be impeccable. They even took the time to find small holes and cracks to fill in with spray foam, that otherwise could have been missed or overlooked. Fantastic work, reasonably priced, quick to respond and complete the work, we are very happy with this company!

We also had several plumbing problems that did not arise until after we moved in. ECI has ignored all request to repair. It has not even been a year and we have drywall separating at the taping seams..ECI ignores all request to repair. Flooring is buckling and creating a tripping hazard. ECI ignores request to repair. Other issues went unresolved all within the 1 year new house warranty which ECI ignores.. ECI was almost 4 months late on the promise date to take occupancy. I found out 2 days prior to moving in that these delays were caused by ECI. Doug and ECI kept blaming me for making changes..I found out it was not my changes that caused the delays. Its was ECI not filing the proper paperwork with the inspectors.

We gave them thousands of our hardworking money and they used unskilled people that didn't know what they were doing.
