WILL NOT be going back. Here's my story: Bought a Groupon. There was no info on how to get my artwork to them so I used the extremely arduous form on the website. 2 weeks passed and nothing - so I called and couldn't leave a message. I used the contact form on the website. No response. I called again. He told me not to use the website. The email address he gave me didn't work. So I called again. He gave me another email address. No response. I went to the store. He said he never got the email. Eventually I was able to get the file to him. It took over 2 weeks before I was notified that my art work was ready. Then he charged me TAX on the FULL PRICE of the work - not the price I paid on groupon. if I knew I'd be paying tax on the full price I would not have bought the groupon. NOT HAPPY. I will definitely NOT go back or recommend to anyone! I bought a Groupon and brought in 10 various video recordings (VHS, mini disc, etc) to be transferred to DVD. They estimated 2 weeks. It took 4 months (and repeated phone calls from me) to get anything back from them! When I did go to pick up, I was told 3 of the tapes were blank (which I know they were not). No refund offered for these tapes but they did tell me I could bring in 3 more tapes. Yeah, no thanks....I'll cut my losses. read more

Horrible! Phone number is constantly temporarily disconnected and then reconnected. Extremely limited schedule for photo sessions! Purchased a groupon for a one hour session and after working with their extremely limited schedule they don't show up!!! No call to cancel or reschedule. Unexceptable as a professional business. I used an Amazon local coupon (like groupon) to have a photo printed on a large canvas, and am so pleased with the results! Martin (the owner) was easy to work with -- I just emailed him the link to the dropbox image and he made sure the resolution was ok before confirming that the order will be printed. The turnaround time was also great -- less then a week! The final product came out beautiful -- nice, crisp colors, and very vibrant! I highly recommend this place and hope to use it again! read more

Awful business, awful customer service. Waited for over a month for a print, sending multiple emails, multiple phone calls to inquire about my order, no one responded! This place is so unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money, UNACCEPTABLE business practices! read more

Worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. I ordered a photo book on line and after a month it was still not completed. The owner of the company lied to me three different times saying that he would have my photo book finished by a certain date. On the third time of being told the photo book was ready I went to pick it up only to be told it was still not ready and that the owner did not know how to complete the order. He then proceeded to call for help on the matter (to who I still don't know) and then ignored me when I asked who it was he was calling for help. I don't know how this place is still open! read more

I have used this shop on several occasions to transfer videos to DVD's. They are very friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. The clerk took the time to go through the pile of short videos I brought in and assist me in grouping them together on single DVD's. They do a great job of transferring the images and I was very happy with the results. read more

My canvas came out with two dark blue (looking like ink) stains. When I walked in and handed the woman my Groupon (already paid for...in full) she said, "You have to pay the tax on it. It's $3." I told her that no where in Massachusetts is $3 tax on a $9 product. She said, "OK. Then $1.75." Really???? They make mediocre products and are sketchy. You're better off going to a Walgreens. read more

I would not recommend Katfam Photo. I also purchased a groupon (2 actually) for photos to canvas. Similiar to the other client below i was excited about the pictures but had heard nothing back. I had called a couple times to find out about the status of my order as I would like shipped. The canvas were complete and sitting there. The owner took my credit card and said shipping would be $20 ($12 plus tax). The canvas' arrived a few days later (in a reused box, which is fine, but also means it was free) and the total shipping charge was $6.50? I'm annoyed I was charged $20. Additionally the canvas have the pictures repeating on them which confuses me. The front of the canvas is good, but the sides and top show that the picture started to print again if that makes sense? Almost like the picture printed multiple times on a large canvas and then was wrapped around? I'm not happy with the purchase and would not recommend. I'm not sure i'll hang up either canvas in our home...I have requested a refund for the difference in shipping and will post an update if that happens. read more

I bought a Groupon for Katfam Photo and brought in my mini DVD's for transfer to DVDs on May 1st. I started calling Katfam in late June and was met with an answering machine. i continue to try to reach them until July when they told me they had been on vacation and my DVDs were not ready yet. I started calling again in August and was told they could not find my mini DVDs- but" not to worry- they will turn up". I started calling weekly and each time was told my home movies " would be found soon". Late August, I started calling twice weekly and was met with more excuses- I contacted Groupon and they reached out to Katfam- I also had my husband call- he was told " If your wife continues to call, we won't look for the movies" and "If Groupon gets involved, the movies won't be found". I don't know if it was my husband calling or Groupon getting involved, but my mini DVDs were found. Katfam contacted me and said they would not be able to complete the job unless I dropped off the camcorder they were recorded on. Are you kidding me? They had my movies for 5 months and did not do the job. Buyer beware! They may misplace your precious home moves and disrespect you because you are a woman. Do not use this business!!!! read more
