Brian has been a great help every time I bring in photo files. He puts the ones I select on his editing console, makes great suggestions, and edits when justified. I needed to get two cherished family photos digitized and some copies printed. The place takes some persistence to find (in a door at the back of the building, up to the second floor), but it was soooo well worth it. Drove by earlier today and noticed this camera store. I've been interested in buying a camera for my nephew, because he's been showing interest and he is quite the artist. I walked in and instantly loved the atmosphere. Brian was working and he gave out the best vibe with great customer service. He made sure all of my questions were answered to the best of his knowledge, and he gave me great tips and pointers for when choosing a camera. I did not feel pressured to buy anything being as I just went in for details and advice. Brian was very considerate, gave me his business card and told me to call whenever I need help or have any questions. They get three stars for being the little guys. I am a full time photographer and haven't been able to purchase a single thing from them on my multiple trips here. They don't carry backdrops, or much for lighting gear. They carry no gels at all(or are at least out of stock). Finally, I called recently inquiring about DJI products, the leader in aerial photography and owner of Hasselblad, and the woman dismissively said "never heard of them" before hanging up. The only thing I have ever picked up here was my order from LensPro, and that's just as easy to pick up at FedEx. read more

The photographer was very reckless and not aim to do his job well at all. Although I asked for his help like "Could you pls lead me to fix my gesture", he didn't do it and tried to get rid of the work asap. I would have a better photo if I took it myself at home. Very bad experience, definitely not recommending. read more
