Visit was efficient and now that we did the paperwork, will be back here anytime we need to do some simple tests for flu or strep or covid. A few years ago during the height of covid, they ran out of tests. So had to go elsewhere. Today, no issues.

I go to MyChart to schedule a follow-up with Denise, and I can't schedule an appointment, there are NO PROVIDERS LISTED!! Also, there was no way to send a message!! I call the office next, and I'm transferred to someone who tells me "You've been discharged from this practice!! SHOCKED!! ME?? WHY?? All that was explained to me was that "They are short staffed". Next, I was told that they would provide 1 month of medication while I find another provider. Now, for most people this might be ok, but for me, I'm on Controled Substance meds, and finding another provider is More than Difficult, and I explained them of this; THEY DID NOT CARE!! Being a patient with 3 chronic conditions in need of continuous medications, this type of behavior should be ILLEGAL!! Doctors take an oath, to "DO NO HARM", these Doctors Harmed Me Terribly!! At 630 this morning, I realized I had forgotten to pack my thyroid medicine to take with me on vacation to Boston. I called and left a message requesting a prescription be called in for 5 tablets. I gave all of my personal info, and provided the location and phone number of the local CVS, which was in Salem, where we'd be spending the day, as well as my own phone number. I did not receive any call back confirming that the message was received, etc. So I called again, at about 9:35. I was told the prescription had been "called in". Ok, great. We did some sightseeing at I went to the CVS at 11:30 assuming the prescription would be ready or nearly ready. I was told it was never received. Called the Dr office again. I was told that the Dr on duty never looked at it because he was busy with patients. Ok, but I'm a patient also, and I had iniated this request in the early morning, so could they please ask him to do it between patients she said she would ask him to do that. I returned at 1:30... STILL NOTHING. I called the Dr office and was told the same story. We went to lunch. I called the pharmacy at 330. THE PRESCRIPTION WAS A) NOT CALLED IN TO THAT LOCATION, BUT TO ANOTHER ONE IN SALEM; B) THE DR PRESCRIBED *A*FULL*30 DAY* SUPPLY* which I did not ask for, and the prescription coverage denied it because I'm not due for a FULL refill until October. NO KIDDING. BUT I ONLY ASKED FOR F I V E TABLETS. I called the Dr office A G A I N, told them what they did which was WRONG, and they proceeded to pit me.in hold then hand me off to someone who expected me to start from the beginning to explain it to her. NO THANKS. I called the CVS back, worked with the pharmacy to only fill it for 5 tablets, for which I had to pay out of pocket since the INEPT DR OFFICE called in the WRONG QUANTITY so the pharmacy could not run it through my prescription coverage for less than 30 day supply. I. AM. LIVID. I've NEVER dealt with such ineptitude in my life.

She was always bragging about how efficient Dr Nahas was and how comfortable she always felt when she had to go there. I made an appointment and it turned out that Angela was still the receptionist and I instantly remembered her because my mom always said how kind and compassionate she was- not many receptionist in doctors office are as kind when you called. To me that's very important as the first line of contact. When I arrived today, I called the office from my car and Angela told me to come in. They took my temperature, brought me into a spotless examine room, had me wash my hands and take a seat. Dr Nahas spent a very long time with me taking all of my personal background then she gave me a complete physical, which is something I haven't had in years. When I left, I was so happy that I thought about Dr. Nahas and made the appointment. Now I have a primary care doctor to release me for surgery when it happens. Her office took extreme measures to make sure all COVID rules are in place. I felt extremely comfortable and safe. I would recommend her, especially if you're looking for a caring and personable doctor. She takes as long as you need- she's not on the clock of a large group insisting she see 25 patients a day, so it's much different visiting her office. I was so impressed. The parking is very easy and convenient, it's all one level. No stairs at all. In addition, she is less than 100 yards from St Barnabas hospital in Livingson. I'm so glad I called her office. Initially, I saw Dr. Resciniti for different symptoms I was experiencing and felt heard. Unfortunately, by my second appointment, I got the response that my bloodwork was fine and I felt very dismissed. After several months (&visits) and several of their physicians/nurse practitioners just offering to do the same tests/same bloodwork, I decided to get a second opinion. Found out I had celiac after just one round of bloodwork from another doctor. I had all of the symptoms of celiac, yet they failed to test for it, let alone even mention it as a possibility, or even ASK about my diet. I spent THOUSANDS of dollars on out of pocket expenses and 13 months of suffering because of that one oversight. More importantly, they wanted to prescribe me medication for anxiety that was unnecessary, because they misdiagnosed me. Also tried to schedule sick visits on numerous occasions since and found that they couldn't even do that for me, EVER, leaving me to visit urgent care centers and incur more out-of-pocket expenses. The most recent attempt to make a visit was my last straw. After calling 4 times, I finally got through to someone and asked to make an appointment. Their response was "We have one doctor in the office and no appointments, sorry." Don't waste your time or money here.
