Much merchandise is handmade by artisans. I think that most products are geared toward women and that some products would be appreciated by men. I selected a wine bag, two bath products, and one greeting card. The prices of these products were low to moderate. The cashier correctly rang up my purchase, and she wished me a good day. This store can be a good place to find gifts for a family member or a friend--or for yourself!

Set on two levels they have much Pittsburgh themed merchandise. Some of this merchandise I have seen in other stores but some were very unique. Set on two levels they currently have Christmas merchandise reduced by 30% They sell different types of giftware including tea towels with clever sayings on them. Beautiful scented candles in small milk jars, artwork, elixir bottles, baby gifts and so much more. They even have an area where you can get a box called "gather" in different sizes. You can then put what you want in it and they will handle the shipping for you or you can take care of it yourself. Depending upon what you buy items can be a bit pricey. I was blown away by a Pittsburgh painted water bottle. Although it was a slightly higher than what I would pay the detail on it is amazing and it does keep beverages cold for a while once outside the refrigerator. With that i purchased a holiday candle and ornament that was reduced. This is a great store if you're looking for something different or can't get to any place else to shop for local merchandise. Erica threw in a free ornament with the purchase and couldn't have been friendlier. She said she does home staging as an interior designer and the pieces here are from her work. She's planning to reorganize the space over the next couple weeks and promises it'll be different the next time we visit.
