I was told the boot was $50 , so that's what I paid plus my $70 co pay and that's it!!!!! 2 weeks ago I receive a bill from them , for $260!! They charged $350 for the boot and sent to the insurance (which I was not told about....I was told to pay $50 and that's it...wasn't told that was a deposit). The insurance did not cover it , they did a slight adjustment but now I am stuck with this huge bill. The boot should be no more than $50, $75!!! I can find them online ANYWHERE for that price. $350 is insane. SO, please do yourself a favor and do not visit Dr. Cisco's office. They will rip you off!!!!!! Go anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I must say i am extremely pleased with the professionalism and the progress towards becoming pain free that I have experienced already by working with Justin at the hamilton mill location. In the original evaluation, Justin listened to my injury history and asked pertinent questions to uncover the underlying cause of my problem. I went into this believing i had a long standing herniated disc problem, but with careful diagnostic questioning and evaluating, he determined i may actually have a si joint dysfunction instead that radiates pain to my lower back. He and Matt are great- they are awesome at explaining why i am doing the different exercises and stretches. And when I leave in less pain than when I went in, I feel hopeful and happy to finally have a chance to become pain free through following the prescribed treatment.I can' t recommend them highly enough...if you have been living with low back pain for years like I have, consider getting a pt eval and give yourself a chance to become pain free. My only regret is that it didn't occur to me or my dr.'s :( sooner to refer me to pt!

I was deeply insulted with my first visit. I was expecting to get some pain relief and some sort of…read moreintervention. Instead, I showed up, was place in a room to watch a 45 minute video on my condition. I had been through orthopedic interventions already and also did my own homework on my condition, so most of the video I already knew. I was ready for pain relief and was deeply upset. After the video, I was given a book to help with my condition. I thought that was cool and went home. Literally, what little invention I had during this hour+ visit included an evaluation of my walking gait, a couple of pokes "does this hurt?" and a quick adjustment the included pulling on my legs. No tools used etc. Fast forward to today. To watch a long outdated video, be "given" a book and a couple pulls on the leg I was billed $226.00 (including $25 for the book that was "given" to me. No one said I would be billed for that.) I am not happy with my first experience. If anything I feel insulted. While I watched a video, she was just racking up the dollars. She may be an expert in her field, but billing practices need to be addressed. I was charged less for my actual injection from a medical doctor that DID relieve pain for a bit.

Appointment times may take a little longer compared to other clinics, but this is because each the physical therapist at Gainesville Physical Therapy spends time with every patient.
