I arranged a time/date to pickup my cupcakes and when I was running late, the person at the shop could not have been more gracious. As for the cupcakes....they are amazing! There is so much variety offered. All of the cupcakes are so pretty and the taste amazing. Our entire order came out perfect and they were a huge hit at the party. I can't recommend Jarets enough. We will be sure to call on them again anytime we want something special.

I didn't ask if any were vegan or gluten free but I didn't see a sign that said that option was available. It was Thursday mid day so maybe that's why they were not that great. I also got a cookie which was really dry on the outside but the center was really good. Now the cupcakes looked amazing and we didn't eat them until the next day so them being dry might be our fault for not eating them right away. Knowing they were at-least a day old I didn't have real high expectations. We will try again at some point.
