The Black & White Cookie Company is a different cookie all together. First of all, they arrive in a black and white box...make sure you get them from your mail guy/gal fast, cause they will want them! When you open the box, the smell of the cookies wafts over you (because it is THAT fresh...they arrived the next day!!!) and you'll see that each cookie is carefully, individually wrapped and labeled and placed inside a styrofoam compartment...I can't believe the care with which it was packed! The cookie is just amazing...I truly am at a loss for words. It's shiny; I mean, it actually looks like there's some kind of glitter in that cookie...look at the picture I took! You know when you break a black & white and it's heavy and kind of mushy? When I broke this cookie, it was so smooth...I don't know how to describe it other than that; no frosting crumbles either! I mean, it was one smooth break, not even a crumb fell! Other b & w's I've had taste like someone just smushed a cupcake and I kind of feel sick afterward. The cake part of the Black & White Cookie Company's cake has a lemony taste to it and it's light...you can see various sized holes like you would in a sponge (but it's in no way sponge cake!!!)...never seen that before in a black & white...they're usually dense. I like the black side better and this particular b&w has the most AMAZING black side!!! The other thing is, it wasn't oily like the ones I've had...I mean, I didn't have that residue on my fingers that you get when you eat a black and white. You do have to order them online and I've yet to see them in any bakery or store which means when you do order them, get a bunch...cause once you finish them, you're just going to have to wait till your next order comes!

The prices are reasonable and they have a pretty wide selection of different items, so anyone can find what they need - not just vapes or smokes, but coffee, lotions, candies - honestly, anything you could imagine! Had the most frustrating experience here yesterday when I came in to buy balloons. The people who work here just have no clue what's going on. The store itself is fairly clean and organized for the most part. Aisles separated by theme, color and so if you're looking to come in and stick to a scheme and don't care about how much money you're spending, then this is definitely the place for you. Endless amount of holiday decor, graduation items, birthday things galore, they have it all. However, customer service is usually the reason why I'll continue to come to a place or decide to never go back. Like I said, came to buy balloons yesterday and the person behind the balloon counter hadn't a clue what was going on and had no interest in helping me whatsoever. I approached the counter and told her I needed to buy some balloons and before I could finish my sentence she said, "Hold on" Okay, fine you're in the middle of something, no problem. Maybe a little bit of a nicer way to say that but it's fine. When it was good time for her to help me I asked her if I picked out balloons myself and she said yes. So I went along the rows of latex balloons, most bins were completely empty, some balloons were dusty and dirty. I grabbed six latex balloons and put them on the counter. The girl then said, "You have to go to the counter on the other side of 2." Huh? I'm not an employee, don't know what that means. So I asked her if she could blow up a balloon slightly so I could see what it looks like and she just started at me blankly. After a staring contest for about 10 seconds, she goes, "Okay." Walks over to the air and says it's a pale yellow and didn't blow it up for me. Any time I've been to Party Cities in the past, they have no problem blowing up a balloon slightly so that I can see what it looks like before making a final decision. Then I asked her if she had any helium "Congratulations" balloons. She pointed her finger up to the ceiling where there were about 100 different kinds of balloons. Seriously? You work here, you can't tell me you have one or not? She couldn't because she didn't know nor did she care to help me find out. So I walked along the store with my head up at the ceiling trying to find a Congratulations balloon. To save you the time, they don't have one. Long story short it was seriously the slowest, laziest, customer service I've seen in a while. I'd rather go to the dollar store or spend the extra buck and have these done at Wegmans.
