Unfortunately, those promises never translated into satisfactory results. Despite spending a significant amount of money and attending multiple appointments, I did not receive the outcome that was discussed. Each time I expressed concerns, I felt like I was given more reassurance and promises rather than meaningful solutions. Instead of feeling heard, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. What bothered me most was that I felt I was repeatedly given false promises about what would be done and what results I could expect. Looking back, I no longer feel those assurances were honest or realistic. When I raised concerns, instead of being met with understanding, I felt I was treated rudely and made to feel as though my face was the problem rather than the treatment I had received. Instead of taking accountability or genuinely trying to address my concerns, I felt blamed for an outcome I had trusted them to help me achieve. The final results were nowhere near what I was led to expect, and the entire experience left me feeling misled, dismissed, and deeply disappointed. Cosmetic procedures require trust, honesty, and accountability, and I did not experience those qualities here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider. I'm not sure, at this point, if I'm appreciative or insulted by the brief visit. The woman that we were talking with was speaking rather fast, which got me concerned. I need to back up and say I was very bothered by the fact that our consultation was being recorded without my consent, as far as I recall. I didn't authorize it, but I also didn't get a choice. The woman looked at my belly, told me I should get my hernia (I've never been told I had one in all of my doctor visits over the years), and to cut back on the carbs (pasta and beer), sugar (wine), and increase my exercise. Yeah, you're not my doctor. I didn't ask you for that advice. She told me they wouldn't be able to help me and sent me on my way. I don't know whether to be happy or pissed at her.

The employee Trinity, never came to see if I was ok and needed help. Trinity came out and picked the manikin up, and closed the door! So I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and scheduled another massage, with the owner.
