The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their tub set up. Some suggestions: They don't have any mats on the floors of their tubs for older/arthritic pets. It's just straight stainless steel. On that's same note, the hose head is tiny and VERY hard to press. It resembles a side sprayer from a sink. It took a very long time to wet my large breed, long haired dog and I was getting thumb cramps constantly from having to hold down the lever on the "side sprayer" head. I'm sure this can get painful for anyone with arthritis. I feel like if they changed to a different hose head, pets would get bathed quicker since there would be more coverage than the current head they have on the hose. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this facility, if they make these small changes/adjustments I can only imagine how much more business they would get !

She was much friendlier than she was to my friend(maybe because it was a recording). She told me she is going to review video and call me back. She refunded the money she charged us over the initial estimate. It's a start, I guess. She never offered an apology for any of it though, basically just said she wasn't responsible because she didn't talk to either of us and she doesn't know why the estimates were so wrong.

She hates people touching her feet, she hates people touching her head, and she hates being brushed. Awesome. As a last resort, we reached out to Michelle and explained our situation. She is a miracle worker. Sure, Melissa needs a little (humane) muzzle but Michelle lets me hold her and she is able to trim her nails. Yesterday, Michelle trimmed a little matte out of Melissa's hair (she has one soft patch of hair on top of her head that gets tangled- sigh). Our other dog, a chihuahua, is easier to deal with but, nonetheless we will NEVER go to another groomer as long as Michelle is in business. We are eternally grateful to her!

Brittany goes above and beyond he job and if you check out her Facebook page her reviews will show you this. I absolutely LOVE bringing my fur babies to Brittany! They are always so well groomed and loved like Brittanys own! Brittany and her husband are ALWAYS giving me tips on vets, training, and pampering! I am so thankful I found Brittany!
