We always asked for options but never given any. 1. Sheree Only gave 1 option of airfare. Never put though my TSA # and frequent flyer info. 2. Sheree Never gave any hotel options. She only gave 1 hotel per city. Even when we ask for more. 3. Sheree Never gave any tour options. Again, she only gave one per city. 4. Sheree Never gave any tours we asked for in our emails. 5. She was choosing tours that were not our demographic. It looked like a trip for seniors. 6. We emailed many lists of our interests & questions that were all ignored. 7. When we finally chose to do our own tours after our disapointment seeing hers, she abruptly cancelled all of our booked hotels. She only told us after she cancelled them all. 8. Sheree refused to give us any costs of hotels, tours, trains, and flights within Spain. Not even one estimate! Sheree only insisted we would receive One Total Price that included the whole trip! We are extremely dissatisfied with her unprofessional behavior!
