It was a horrendous experience to be so excited for our first international trip since the birth of our son, then at 4AM at the airport, you're panicking, calling the agent, the airline, anyone who might be able to help and realizing that the plane is going to take off without you. The only remedy they offered was a credit for a future booking. As you can imagine, flights and itinerary for 5 people is not cheap. I'm still trying to get my money back months later.

When we finally chose to do our own tours after our disapointment seeing hers, she abruptly cancelled all of our booked hotels. She only told us after she cancelled them all. 8. Sheree refused to give us any costs of hotels, tours, trains, and flights within Spain. Not even one estimate! Sheree only insisted we would receive One Total Price that included the whole trip!
