This is no longer a Travel Service. No real time ticket fare option, I went to the office on Friday.. they said that they will tell us price for differential only on Monday. No followup. I had to pay $500+ just for their delay. No credit card accepted even for $1500+ payment. Stay away. read more

There is no way this is a real travel agency. I was trying to find a travel agency to help plan a family vacation, however, I didn't even get that far! The rep. answered the phone with just her name, so I asked if it was a travel agency I was calling. She said ''yes''. I then asked her how long they have been open, as you would any travel agency you've just found online. She said, '' a while''. I said, ''Well how long is a while?'' Considering she said it suspiciously. She said, ''why are you asking this information?'' I said ( nicely) because I am trying to find a reputable company that I can work with''. She said, ''A while! I'm not going to give you that information because I don't know who you are, that's private information.'' I commented, ''Oookaay, this is crazy''. She said, ''No! You're crazy'' and hung up the phone. That was by far the craziest, weirdest experience I have ever had. Not to mention I am a customer service auditor, so that just didn't sit too well with me.
