The staff said the seamstress would fix it, so I left the pants. When I came back two weeks later, nothing had been done. I asked for a refund, but they told me they don't give refunds. Instead, they offered to pay only 1/3 of the cost of the pants--which is unacceptable, since they completely ruined them. I wasted both my time and money. On top of that, I also had a winter coat dry cleaned. The posted price for coats was $25-30, but when they saw it was a branded coat, they suddenly charged me $50. I'm used to bringing my clothes to Showcase Cleaners around the block so I was hesitant to come here and later on had reason. I would've thrown it out if that was the case... I would not bother to pay money to have you clean and press a item that had a burnt hole smh. I was livid!!
