With minimal care, such a dish garden can thrive for years, serving as a lasting tribute to the dearly departed loved one. I have known Judy for decades and her floral selections never disappoint. They have always been of the highest quality at a very reasonable price. The price was reasonable, so I kinda held my breath and thought well let's see what happens as one does when trying someplace for the first time. My friend had surgery, so I figured if they aren't great then hopefully she won't notice since she's on pain meds. ‍ The flowers that were delivered to my friend are BEAUTIFUL! They're cracked, brown and unopened, dead looking flowers that I now have no choice but to display at what was supposed to be a special event. The bouquet that I saw online of beautifully and perfectly opened lavender and pink flowers with touches of babies breath, was NOT what I received and when the gentleman put the flowers I got in my car, I was instantly disappointed and knew I'd be writing this review. For $117 I expected EXACTLY what I saw in the picture and these were far from it. I could've bought enough nicer flowers from Publix. So sad. Would never recommend this place and will never be back.

Totally ruined the surprise and impact. (and cost $75) You know when you want to surprise someone on a special day? That day happened to be a Sunday and I don't live in the area, so I went looking for a flower shop that would deliver on a Sunday in Fort Lauderdale. Ideal Orchids had good reviews and the perfect plant. The website was fairly easy to use, so you can order directly on there at any time of the day (versus calling). They also do same-day delivery. When I ordered it, I designated for it to be delivered on a specific Sunday (again, it was time-sensitive). I got an immediate email confirmation with the delivery date stated clearly (incl. my additional note to leave the flowers on the front steps if no one answers) and was stoked about the quick response. The day came and went and I never heard from my friend. I finally texted on Monday to ask if he'd gotten a special surprise in the mail and... nope! At this point I emailed the address listed at the bottom of the confirmation as the contact email to ask what was going on. A few hours after that (a day late), the flowers were delivered by an extremely flustered woman. Apparently she had to go back to the truck several times because she hadn't brought the flowers up to the door when she knocked, and then when she brought the flowers, she left the gift note in the car... By that time, she let him know she was having a bad day. Sigh... Ok, I get it, we all have bad days, but you're delivering flowers with a "congrats" note! Maybe don't vent to the recipient? My friend let me know he'd gotten them and how it went down and I went back to my email and saw a confirmation of delivery. Again-- a day late. It even said on the confirmation that the delivery date picked was March 1st, and the delivery was confirmed on March 2nd. No note to let me know what had happened. I emailed again to say I'm really disappointed and that, at the very least, I should be refunded the $15 delivery fee. Crickets. It sucks because the flowers were really pretty, but being able to trust that your order will be delivered when you designated is a big deal. It lost a lot of its meaning because it wasn't a surprise on the day of the accomplishment AND I ruined the surprise by asking the next day. Also, the person who delivered it really made it an unpleasant experience on top of it being late. I would never use this service again. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and then lack of response to two separate emails afterwards is very bad customer service. If you choose them, I'd recommend calling and triple confirming that they will deliver on the day you need. A confirmation email is not sufficient.

Why would a florist not deliver on one of the best weeks for sending flowers? We thought, a shop owner can make his own rules. We requested our money back and was told we would get a refund. Now almost a week later, we have not received a refund and the florist does not pick up the phone. You cannot leave a voicemail (mailbox full) I am not sure what is going on with this business but they took our money and we did not get flowers for mothers day. We explained to Silvia (the owner) that we needed a beautiful arrangement for my mom's celebration of life ceremony and she gave us a flower book for ideas. We picked out our arrangement and then discussed price. Silvia sent me a picture of the arrangement the night before my event to make sure I was happy with the outcome. She delivered the flowers herself to the location of my event and was actually there before I was! The arrangement and customer service was phenomenal and I would highly recommend them for all your floral needs!
