I just had to leave a review for this florist because they are truly terrific. I read all the 5 Star reviews and they were spot on. They designed a special floral arrangement for my cousins' 50th wedding anniversary. The day of the delivery I found out that my cousins were on a cruise and I was frantic and tried to reach the florist but they are closed on the weekend. Somehow they got my email over the weekend and they sent me a note and told me not to worry, they will re-deliver the arrangement the following week. I was so relieved. First let me start off by saying, I live in Southern California and needed to have a last-minute arrangement sent on Christmas Eve. I googled florists by ZIP Code and found Plantation Florist. I had a vision of Christmas mixed with the recipients favorite flower, which is sunflowers, and collaborated with Paul over the phone the morning of Christmas Eve. And he told me it might be difficult to blend those two together because of how contrasting Christmas colors are with sunflowers. I left it up to them to freestyle this vision as best they could. When my recipients received their delivery, not only were they surprised and completely in awe of the arrangement, but they were so impressed that they decided to use them for their future arrangements. The colors and floral choices were one of the most beautiful I have ever seen! I'll be posting pictures below. I cannot say enough about Plantation Florist. I ordered prom flowers for my son and his girlfriend and I was very happy with the outcome. I was very specific about what I wanted (certain flowers/colors, a little sparkle) and didn't want (no tulle/baby's breath) and we had just a few minutes before they closed but they incorporated everything we discussed. Our wedding was a just a few weeks ago and we had pre-ordered flowers from another florist. Upon receiving them the day before the wedding they were the wrong color. We had a purple themed wedding with everything to match the theme including the flowers. Our flowers from the other florist showed up as orange and wilted. We called Floral Promotions, Inc.- Plantation Florist and explained that we needed 10 centerpieces made and some long stemmed flowers in an hour and a half. When I got there, the staff was already in their cars ready to go home after a busy, long day of work. Nevertheless, they saw me and asked me what I needed. I told them I needed a bouquet of flowers to give to my fiancé for Valentine's. They told me "no problem!" They got out if their cars and opened the shop again and they prepared me a beautiful two dozen rose arrangement. This gem of a flower shop is such a delight to patronize. Gail and her team are some of the friendliest people I've ever met, and they are always happy to put together a bouquet on short notice. Numerous times, I've walked out clutching a gorgeous arrangement that I ordered upon walking in! They do everything from vases to corsages, but my favorites are their classic bouquets (which are a far cry from the cheap baby's breath filled bouquets most people are used to). I usually spend around 20-30 dollars, but the size of and diversity in every arrangement always looks like it's worth so much more. The selection, especially among the "wildflower" type flora, is wide, and I love that they carry my favorite delphiniums in blue AND pink; these pretty, delicate flowers are usually hard to find. Even for an inexperienced flower-shopper, ordering an arrangement is simple, even fun. A general color scheme and a price range is all that's necessary. Gail and her team will artfully assemble something for you right before your eyes, asking you if you'd like a bit of greenery here, or an orchid there, more or less daisies, etc. Since discovering Floral Promotions, I've never picked up one of those $9.99, plastic-wrapped bouquets at the grocery store, because these custom-made ones are creations of beauty well worth the price. A little tip: Rather than using the fluffy baby's breath as a filler flower in arrangements, request Queen Anne's lace. It's every bit as dainty, but has a more refined, yet "wildflower" quality. read more

The customer service at this florist is amazing. I recently got engaged and my soon to be mother-in-law sent me beautiful flowers. I got them at work so I didn't really get a chance to look at everything. At the end of the day I took the arrangement home and noticed that the square vase had major damage... three of the four corners had huge pieces of glass missing. So I called the florist and spoke to Gail. Gail was very pleasant, she listen as I explained what happened to the vase and she simply apologized and said we'll fix it. I thought they were just going to send me a vase... No! they sent me a whole new arrangement! Told me to keep the one I had and they'll just send me a new arrangement.
