((Divorce information)) the MAIN information he asks about is addictions, like that's really all... I decided against the divorce!! He refused to give me a REFUND!!! My ex wife and I had come to our own agreement on the settlement and division of the property and I was told no by Brady Law that the judge would not approve it and that I would have to give he a percentage of my 401K to my Ex-wife but she did not want it because of our agreement, my ex told me that it was my attorney that was push the agenda. In the end my ex told her attorney to not accept the 401K transfer. You would assume that a professional Law office would represent you and your wishes but this firm is not professional and does not. Men stay clear of them they are not in it for your best interest.

Brady Law, Bethany McGrandy Review: During the past 14…read moremonths of working with Brady Law to navigate my divorce, it has become painfully apparent that Ms. McGrandy is carrying too full of a client caseload; frequently in court or out of the office, making it difficult, if not impossible to communicate with her quickly and effectively. I have also been charged far more than the $3,200 retainer fee that I was originally quoted, and I suspect the fact that I am a business owner may have something to do with the drawn-out processing times and additional fees. The non-business owner friend who referred me to Brady Law paid about $3,500 for her divorce legal fees, while I have paid nearly $6,500 for the same services. In addition to these issues, I have not been sent any itemized invoices regularly, or at all, unless specifically asked for. Because I was not properly invoiced, I was not aware of a payment schedule and did not remit payment on time. I have subsequently had access to my documents denied - which, in turn, has made the divorce process take even longer. I am VERY dissatisfied with the services I have received from Brady Law and Ms. McGrandy. I would NOT recommend their firm to anyone. Ever.
