The first that made this a must visit is that it is another black owned business in Cincinnati. We walked in and we were warmly greeted by all of the staff! Since the opening was just the week prior they were still unloading products but none the less they were ready to service us. I received a regular pedicure and my cousin received the jelly pedicure. The ambiance was cute, feminine and classy. The decor was super cute as well! In addition, they have a full service bar/lounge. And the music was a nice mix of current hits and throwbacks. The only things I could say that need improvement is having a service list posted or on hand that the techs can give to customers. If i has known there was a jelly pedicure option I would have gotten it. In addition, during my pedicure the water started to get cold just because they don't have bowls that have massage jets to keep the water circulating. Other than that no complaints! The techs are all nice and they take their time unlike other nail salons where they rush you out. I will be returning for sure!

For the price I paid in those fancy nail shops, their service was normally just "Quick" but no quality. Designs that I got from them were all very typical, I always feel like I got ripped off every time I went there. (There was no other better option for me.) Therefore, I stopped going to nail salons for awhile, it was mainly because I tried to save some money and didn't want to spend those kind of money for something only look good but not great. Until I heard about Lin's nail shop, I saw those nail pictures that Lin posted on Wechat, I decided to give her a try. Lin definitely didn't disappoint me at all, the material that she used on my nails were all good quality stuffs and she also took her time to make sure everything comes out right. My first appointment with Ari, she was between 10-15 minutes late, which that day I understood as I didn't have a busy schedule. January 15th was my second appointment with Ari as I was booked for a gel fill & nail design at 10:00am. She was running 10-15 minutes late again, so I sat there and patiently waited. An hour into the appointment I started getting concerned she wasn't going to be able to finish my service before I needed to leave to work as she was late starting me. My last appointment she stated 1 hour and 30 minutes should be good on time to redo my nails with design so I booked my day accordingly. That day stating my concern that I was going to be late to work Ari," said with design she takes 2 hours. I was there 1 hour and 45 minutes and all she did was a gel fill with no time left over to paint or do any sort of nail design. This upset me but I was like well what ever. Throughout both appointments it was very rude that she was talking on speaker phone with her significant other for BOTH appointments.. 1-2 phone calls would have been fine but it was multiple calls throughout both appointments ..It made me feel like I was at a home " nail salon and not a professional setting. What upset me the most is the next day the tips of my natural nails started breaking. I messaged her January 16th with no reply. The next day January 17th even more nails starting chipping so I reached out again.. no reply.. It's been almost 4 days with no reply from Ari which shows me that her clients don't matter to her. You'd think since you were late 2 times to a new client that sat there at her last appointment for 1 hour & 45 minutes to not get what she wanted you'd care enough to make it right. I will delete my review if she reaches out but until then business's need to be held accountable how they treat their clients esp new clients.

I have to tell you that this is among the top facials I have ever had in my 55 years. Sham Is a soft spoken well mannered woman with excellent people skills and even finer esthetician skills. She has a very nice padded facial table and will provide you with a top quality headband and gown. She uses Bio elements line of products that are not overpowering in frilly fragrance but are very powerful in their cleaning and moisturizing ability. Since it was my first time I got a consultation facial and filled out some forms so that she could have a complete idea of what I was like for my next time. The facial was a full hour long and included all of the things that you would normally find to be present. I loved her style of facial massage it was firm but not rough and very pleasant and relaxing. My skin feels smooth and clean and my 11 lines between my foreheads are temporarily rubbed out.
