I love this nail salon! They always do amazing work. The salon has great vibes and it's always spotless. The customer service is amazing. They have drinks available, they always ask if you need anything. Everyone is very sweet! They love to joke and have a good time. I've been with the same nail tech for six years, but everyone in the salon is very talented. I generally always schedule an appointment, but I have brought people with me as a walk-in and they were able to get served as well. The salon can get very packed Thursday through Saturday so if you want to go on a weekend day, I would recommend making an appointment. read more

I've been here once before for my toes and thought they'd do a good job on my fingernails too but I was mistaken. the color is off and that's something I can live with, but after asking if I wanted my same almond shape, which I confirmed, I was given rounded. i thought that he would shape them with the nail file but I didn't get any nail file at the end so there was no shaping and my fingernails were left pretty jagged under the SNS. I don't like to be a complainer so I figured i could live with the color mismatch and the shape mismatch but having to file my own nails when I get home after I've paid $60 is too much. I came here to improve my day, not to give me a disappointment and work to do. What turned out to b a descent experience getting a pedi the day before, turned into a horrible one for my daughter and I the next day. I asked for 2 appts for manis so my daughter/I could talk and have a relaxing time, SIDE by SIDE. They began by separating us and then a young guy w my daughter insulted her regarding her occupation and stormed off when her service was complete! This came out of no where...The older gentleman who did my nails had a difficult time communicating and didn't give me the pink french manicure I asked for. I also asked for gel nails and he insisted on giving me SNS! Since the language barrier was soo difficult, I felt it wasn't worth saying anything about the above difficulties when I went to pay. I took my best friend in to get us pedicures, just the basic $35 one, and as soon as I denied there $20 up charge for gel polish they treated us like shit! They were so rude, my girl wouldn't even hold my legs up herself made me do it bc she didn't care enough to try, and mind u I'm skinny and cute., But I'm also a very good tipper bc I have lived that life and know how it is.. Since moving to this area I had tried multiple salons and was thrilled when I found a tech at one of those locations who did a good job - st Caravalle the entire staff is fantastic and I have never been unhappy with a nail job by ANYONE here. I regularly get SNS (nail dip powder) and all techs are phenomenal (my nails usually last 3 weeks). I have received pedicures, SNS manicures, gel manicures, and my daughter has received kids manicures. All are done wonderfully. They offer free coffee, water or soft drinks while you are serviced. This is the best hidden gem of a salon in the area. Also huge bonus, if you chip a nail or break a nail they will fix it free of charge. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I went to this establishment because they were close and their work on their yelp looked promising. I was 100% WRONG!! THREE people tried working on my nails and they still couldn't get it right. It was so bad and took so long that I literally had to leave after the first two people tried doing this job for me. I went back today because they told me they'd fix it. They were WRONG! If your manicurists can do the job, save everyone the aggravation and just say the job can't be done. But they just kept telling me that they could all do it. The nails are crooked, one hand is shorter than the other. The paint job doesn't match. There are scratches on some of the nails. I asked for ombré, and you can blatantly see where one colors lines end and the other begins on this ugly work. It's lumpy and unreasonably thick. They put on so many layers trying to fix their mistake that it looks like mole hills on my fingers! That's not all. One person told me they would take off 10$. I told them I'm not comfortable with that because I would have to go to another salon and get it fixed. Another person told me they would take off 20$. I told them once more that I'm not comfortable with it. Especially because they left polish all over my fingers. I showed him the picture that I had showed each one of the people that worked on my nails and he just walked to the back and never came back. He sent other people to talk to me. Very unprofessional. After that, a woman came to me and told me they would only charge half! That was the last straw for me. I told them they they needed to get their story straight on what they were trying to charge me. I told them that I was done with them pushing me around. So the woman told me to sit down and they would take it all off. I don't have time to just sit in an unprofessional salon for another hour and a half, while already spending almost two hours the day before and two hours just before I was to walk out. To they LOCKED me in their establishment and BLOCKED the door. They told they were going to call the cops on me. I asked them to stop jerking me around and just charge me what they were going to charge me. I gave them my card, but they started talking with each other, behind the counter, started doing things then handed me my card back and told me to just go. Nail techs are rude and unprofessional. instead of trying to give you what you want they'll just gaslight you and make you feel like you're the problem when really, they can't follow directions. Went in for French tips and I asked for a base color close to my skin tone so you can't see the fake tips underneath and instead they told me it wasn't possible because my nail bed was too short even though it would only take 30 seconds for them to add that base coat on there They acted like it was the end of the world that I would even ask for an extra color. I have never had this problem at any other nail salon I've been to. The tips are so thick. It's like half of my nails are white. Save yourself the drive and the money and just go somewhere else. read more

I have visited this nail salon a few times over the last several years, but not recently. I stopped in for a pedicure and got right in, I was impressed with the large variety of color choices. Everything was going well, but the technician was very rough with the sponge looking scrub brush they use, so much so to the point skin was actually removed and I was bleeding from it off the side of my right foot. It was uncomfortable at the time but I couldn't see exactly what happened and she finished and put my foot back in the water, it stung a little bit I didn't think much more of it and didn't realize it was bleeding. She didn't notice until she pulled it out of the water to start the polish and said sorry, and then, without warning, sprayed rubbing alcohol onto this open wound which felt even more awful. She did say sorry one more time at the end of the polish and put a bandaid on it but didn't offer to do anything else to make right the fact that I had flesh removed during a basic pedicure service. Here's hoping I don't get an infection now, especially considering I'm pregnant that would be even more terrible. I'm a runner and can hardly stand my shoe being back on because it's being constantly rubbed. Will not be back. Update: 13 days later and my scab is steal healing read more

This is the absolute worst place I have ever had my nails done at. Within in the second day of getting my acrylics a nail broke off and on the fourth day my entire pinky nail came off and now I have no nail there. My lady rushed, she cut me multiple times as well as put a few of my nails on crooked and did not even file them to the same length. I will never come here again. read more

I have been a regular customer here for a while. Every time I get more and more disappointed in the end product. I personally don't like to cause a scene so I just go on with it and pay and get out. Today was my last visit. The pedicure was ok but the paint job and "shaping" of my toes is horrible. Who rounds their toe nails? Not me. My only issue is when one of the gentleman we're doing my nails I kept asking for longer nails and he cut they short. I took my incredibly hard-to-please mother here for her birthday nails. We walked in and were immediately seated. They even accommodated us so that we could sit by each other. Tina did my mom's shellac, and Kim did my ombré. Tina was very friendly and talked with us. Kim didn't have much to say, but she worked hard and paid great attention to detail. I love my nails and have gotten countless compliments on them. Although my mom didn't mention it, I personally think her shellac could have been a tad neater as there were a few notable bumps. I tried this place because it's closer to me than my regular spa and it was not worth saving 20 minutes of drive time. The spa itself was nice and clean- I had no issue with the salon itself. The technician who did my nails was in a really big rush and as a result my nails do not look good. I got a French shellac with no manicure- the white part is not completely opaque in areas, and there are places on the sides of my nails that she missed entirely. When she was done she practically rushed me out of the place so she could get to her next client. They seemed understaffed and I understand how difficult that can be, but I won't be back. The pedicure was the best I ever had and my heels are still smooth! I normally go to Ambience, but I was feeling a little rushed there all the time. I am obsessed with nail tech #2! He gave me the best nails I have ever had! He really took his time and made sure my french manicure was perfect, even staying 15 minutes after close on a Sunday. Great salon. I got a mani/pedi and the technician was great. I didn't realize until after I got home I was charged $13 in taxes. Total bill was $39 and I used a card. I was charged over $52.
