I've been going here for almost a year now for gel pedicures, and i've always loved it. but, my last two times have been rough. my second to last time, i got french tips, and they were so uneven and the french had literal streaks where she tried to clean up the line, and didn't remove the white completely from the pink. whatever, it was on my toes, and it was winter. i can ignore that. but, i just took off my gel polish myself (normally i don't do that) because my feet have been killing me. specifically my big toes. well. i took off my polish, and they gave me greenies that i am now having to completely cut my toe nails all the way down, and grow them out, right before summer. i know it's just my toes, but. i'm still pretty upset because i have always loved this place. i don't think i'll be going back. they were always so good to me, but it seems like after the turn of the new year, service has went down drastically. read more

I've been going there for years, along with my daughters and mother, and never once have we left unhappy.

I came in yesterday for a gel pedicure and an SNS manicure, which was the most painful manicure I've ever received. The tech made my cuticles bleed in multiple spots, and the open wounds made the solution she used after REALLY sting. She also used the drill on my natural nails to buff them before dipping which continued to aggravate my cuticles. After dipping, she used a really coarse grit file to shape and file the sides (it seemed like a file that was made for acrylics). It was really uncomfortable, and it also seems like it made some of the powder peel up and look weird. When I got home, I had a bunch of excess hardened powder under and around my nails that I had to peel off. Now, my cuticles look really chewed up, and some are inflamed and very painful. My pedicure is uneven and already peeling. I went back in today to ask for a refund for the manicure (I didn't even mention the pedicure - I was more upset that my fingers hurt) and was refused. The man I spoke to said they don't do refunds, but offered to redo my nails. I explained that I didn't want them redone because they hurt and I didn't want to use acetone on them until they healed, but he told to make an appointment three days from now. I explained again that I wasn't interested in having them redone, I just wanted my $60 back. He still refused. I feel like I paid $120 to look and feel worse than I did before I went in. read more

We had an appointment and arrived 10 mins early. The receptionist was nice, but not very helpful. We were asked to sign in on a device. It was not clear how to sign in and since it was our first time, we registered as new clients. I don't know if it signed us in as a walk in or if it acknowledged our appointment time. Anyway, we waited for 40 mins without being taken back. There was a crowd of people waiting when we walked in and there were still 5 of us 40 mins later. I asked how long it would be and the receptionist told me she didn't know and wasn't in charge of appointments. I think she didn't know what to do. We ended up leaving because we didn't know how much longer it would be. I think a more attentive receptionist would be great. Perhaps the girl was new? I don't know. I called and let someone know what happened. They were very apologetic and offered a discount and for us to come back. But we already made an appointment elsewhere. read more

This morning I broke my thumb nail nearly in half with a split down the side. I stitched it up with some super glue, and on my way home from work I stopped by USA Nails to see if they could help repair the damage. They saw me right away, fixed the nail perfectly, and then to my surprise...did not even charge me. I would have gladly paid whatever they asked, but they sent me on my way thanking ME just for coming in. What a beautiful gesture!! Had a pedicure here today. It was a great experience, and my feet look a million times better.

Really disappointed with my manicure! There was a wait and thought that was a good sign. But, it seemed like they wanted to hurry. I had to tell the lady to shape my nails after she shaped them the first time and they still didn't look that good. Also, the paint job looked horrible because it looks like there's air bubbles in it or something? Two Stars only because my pedicure was very good. Switched to a different person for my manicure and it was absolutely terrible. He cut my nails with cuticle clippers they are so uneven and short. I could have done a better more even job by rubbing my nails in a concrete floor. I wanted to call and have them fix it but they are 20 minutes from home and it's not worth the time or effort to go back. I have just had the worst and most disrespectful experience here. I scheduled a 2pm appointment and then arrived 5min early. When I arrived there were no other customers waiting. I was asked to check in and then pick my color. Then as I sat and waited for over 40min, 2 additional customers came in and were seated and services started immediately. I got up to ask the receptionist how much longer and she assured me that it would only be a few more min (it had already been 35min). To top it off, I was then approached by a man telling how much my services would be and asked to pay BEFORE I was serviced. None of the other customers that came in were asked to do that and I've never been asked to pay before my nail services were done or even started on. Don't waste your time and money!!! My first experience with them fell short after they used old nail polish on my pedicure and it was ruined even after almost 2 hours of dry time. I figured that could happen to any establishment so I gave a second chance. My next bad experience was with their SNS application. It started PEELING after less than a week. I have NEVER seen that happen before! They refused to fix all my nails just the ones that had come off completely. Not the ones that were still peeling. Bad customer service. :( read more

Everything was excellent for my shellac mani and pedi... up until the very last thing, which was when the nail tech put a hot wet towel on my arms. Felt good, then the smell... moldy gross wet towel. It's now 10 minutes after I left the salon, and my arms still smell of it. Gross. They need to replace the towels and then it would be a definite 5 star. read more

It's a reasonable salon if you do the nails with only some people like Hon or Bebe. Bebe rushes the work though. Hon is the best. Linda is very harsh on your hands and it hurts. She has very dry hands. Nobody uses mask or gloves at all. Chairs at waiting area are always dirty. read more

I'm staying at the Great Wolf Lodge and wanted nail services. 5 minute drive. Easy. I got right in on Saturday morning. It got very busy after I was seated. Had the best pedicure of my life by Li-Li who was patient and not phased by the rush of people that came in. I don't usually like the leg massage but this one was to die for!! Li-li was amazing and kind!! Then came My nails, she saved me money by telling me I didn't need a full gel manicure, I could just do a polish change so that was cheaper and helpful! I immediately ruined the first hand that she painted putting it under the ultraviolet dryer, still not phased, she calmly and with a smile repainted my hand. I broke one of my nails and went in after work to have it fixed they said they were backed up and it was only 4pm was told to come back the next day.The next day i go in and was turned away yet again.
