I ended up paying $219, instead of the $158 that was advertised. Upon asking the manager about this situation, she said that the packages listed on the back of the brochure are only "suggestions". I said, if that were the case, why do you print a price for those services? If you are just offering "suggestions" there shouldn't be any price listed next to the suggested package. The manager had no answer for this, but I proceeded to tell her that that was very misleading and unethical. She has since not returned my calls. I guess this is an expensive lesson. The management coordinated with me to provide a mani/pedi for the ladies and to call me for payment so the birthday girls didn't have to worry about payment at all. At the end of the day, Ally gushed to me about how wonderful and relaxing it was. Willow nailed it. The only thing that didn't go great is that the specific nail treatment didn't last as well as expected, but the management made it right. They gave Ally a free touch up and shellack and they reimbursed me for Emily's mani. I will gladly use them again.

For 2 years I've attempted to get on their books- Ive done the whole waiting for them to open up the schedule and I've never been able to get in for a couples massage let alone anything else that they offer. I spoke with Rebecca today and was told that I just need to keep trying when their books open. After 2 years of trying, my guess is that it's not going to work out. Not to even mention the fact that getting a massage shouldn't be this difficult. She eventually hung up on me when I didn't accept 'you've had more than a year to use this gift card' as an answer. My advice? Try one of the other masseuses nearby and skip even attempting with this one. Does anyone know of any way for me to get my money back?
