It renews…read moreon the 15th of every month.I had to go to my heart specialist today and they put a heart monitor on me for 2 weeks. I was told by the dr that I would not be able to use the wellness or tanning until the monitor is removed. I called and spoke to the manager and explained my situation. And asked if I could freeze my remaining 2 weeks then I would pick up my monthly package after that. She told me no that I would lose the 2 weeks that I have left, but that I could pay the 200.00 and start back up when I get it off. I just feel like I was ripped off.

I gave it a try for a month, thinking the tanning beds might be a higher quality than the ones at the gym, but I honestly didn't see a difference in that regard. Also, I hate to say it, but the facility itself is not very clean. Maybe they clean the beds, but they may not have a vacuum, based on the amount of gunk in the carpet. And if you need to use the restroom while you're there, it's basically the employee restroom, filled with supplies and extra bulbs, just not very welcoming for a customer. Even if you're not planning on working out at all, I definitely would recommend looking at gyms in the area for your tanning needs.

Never again and I have been a loyal customer for years and should be treated as such!!! I would give them zero stars if it was an option.
