Before making her reservation, the people at the kennel assured me they were quite experienced in dealing with dogs with e-collars and there would be no problem. When I picked her up, Brenda, the owner, said she had taken the e-collar off of my dog, but she was fine. She was NOT fine. She had removed her bandage and ripped out 7 surgical staples from her incision. The owner tried to deny responsibility and refused to refund any of my money. I will never bring my puppy to Arbor Creek Kennels again.

When we went to pick him up we got lost because of GPS down and Todd instantly went out of his way to bring our pup and his supplies to us. I saw him at Publix a few weeks later and he still had the Asheville Dog Company sticker on his car. We were completely stressed and began calling pet sitters. Dana and Nicole were able to watch our pups last minute, over the weekend. They were so kind and came in advance to meet my fiancé and the animals. They walked our dogs twice daily and sent us the sweetest photos during each visit via text. Not only due to the fact that my little rascal is that kind of healthy and resilient after being put under anesthesia, but because Dr. Erin Purvis doesn't find it necessary to write out prescriptions just for the sake of writing out prescriptions. She is committed to the health and well-being of my dog! After the surgery, Dr. Purvis took her time to thoroughly discuss with me what to expect in the next 24-72 hrs. Since determining what my dog's allergies are and putting her on a hydrolyzed dog food diet, her hair has started to fill back in!! We avoid playing in large fields, parks, et. I now play fetch with her in huge empty parking lots, with some patches of grass here and there, due to all of the different kinds of grass she is allergic to. Her ear infections have also lessoned significantly!! Faith is healthier now than she has been in years. I am so thankful for this.
