I couldn't find it the second time I booked, but I just sent it to her via DM on Instagram and there were no problems. At the time of writing, her salon space is located in the Phenix Salon Suites in Katy. Parking is ample since it shares a huge lot with other businesses like Joanne's Fabrics. She has a TV with Netflix/Hulu/etc on it to keep you entertained during the appointment. My appointments with her have always been pleasant and the results have always exceeded my expectations. If something isn't the way I asked for, I tend to take it and try to be content with the result. It is Vanessa's kind nature that makes it easy to speak my thoughts. If I ever have any questions, she answers them. If I ever have any concerns on my nail design, she fixes it. Above all that, what I really appreciate is that she doesn't always wait for the customer to say something. Vanessa asks if I'm comfortable with the length, design, color, step, etc because she wants to be considerate. Vanessa is not one to boast about her skills, so I will do that for her. In the amount of time I've known her, my nails have NEVER lifted, and I could go for weeks without seeing her. I have always been satisfied with the results and have naturally gotten compliments wherever I go. They do provide any type of drink refreshment, even a frozen margarita. The chairs are huge and spacious for a pedicure. However, I do not like the sanitation process for the tools. I'm used to them being steamed or whatever and sealed in a package. Welp, they just spray alcohol on the tools and then I see they keep It in that blue solution. I think I am going to start bringing my own tools. Otherwise, the service was great the lady was really nice who helped me. They have a bathroom with two stalls. My pedicure was okay. Before she even put the top coat on, I could see a missed spot on my toes bc there was no dry time between coats. Fresh "builder gel" set and pedicure with tip came out to ~$130. I only returned a second time out of sheer curiosity bc I wanted to see how they would do a BUILDER GEL refill on a POLY GEL set. But they used poly gel again. I wanted this simple line work design. Idk how much they charged bc I wasn't told and their receipts are not itemized. There is also no pricing list / menu available to customers. A refill with the design and tip came out to $115. I cannot bring myself to come back to this salon. There's no confirmation of pricing, I asked for a specific service and received the wrong product.
