I pay you $312 just to find out what the real quote will be while you're standing in my driveway? This was obviously an easy decision. So far, only one of the three companies I've called for quotes has suggested a minimum service fee.

Katie took the time to ask us lots of questions to get to know us, and she showed us several different neighborhoods and different types of architecture - we quickly realized that she was a Milwaukee expert. We eventually saw a house pop up and she went over there the very same day to go see it. She skyped us in and did a virtual walk-through of the house since we were still in another state - we really appreciated her flexibility in doing this.
