I was pushed and shoved by this Insurance Company that dragged me along and would not put anything in writing to deny the claim. So I filed a Small Claims action, but yet the big Defense Lawyers started playing their games and finally I was referred to Charles McAleer by a mutual friend. Long story short 10 days before the first actual court hearing after additional delays by opposing counsel, Charles firm decides to drop the case and left me high and dry. Now my case was Dismissed because I failed to appear. I live in California and did not receive the proper notice to be able to travel. Don't waste your time on this money grabber firm, the only reason, in my opinion, was my case was abandoned by McAleer was because it didn't have enough $$$$$$$$ signs.
