(have severe arthritic knee from sports with younger and carrying too much body weight as an adult). I incapacitated and down, had even finally gotten a cane to use periodically - arggggh! Got a referral from a friend to see Robert and it's been a positive life change. Have my mobility back and the pain in my leg is almost gone. Medical research does show that acupuncture helps with pain which is why I think insurance companies are covering (mine does). Robert and the rest of the staff are really great. Am now doing a series for shoulder impingement. Can't recommend this resource enough!

I'm forever grateful to have learned how to manage my vertigo. If your doctor wants you to go for therapy, I would take their advice. You have to do your homework, but in the end, it is all worthwhile.

Everything from the front desk, to the aides that help get you started with warm up's, to the therapists were amazing. The depth of knowledge my therapist had was impressive. She fully explained all the home exercises I needed to do. When my therapist was on vacation she made sure I would be with someone that understood what I needed. Since their documentation is all electronic, the substitute was easily able to see exactly what I had been doing and what new things to add to my routine. Would never go anywhere else!

Due to the lack of doctors…read morecurrently accepting new patients, I trusted this Nurse to take on the responsibility of becoming my Primary Care Provider. That has proven to be a huge mistake. A few days after my initial visit, I got a notification to check the portal to review my bloodwork results. Upon opening my chart I was surprised by what I read. Nurse William Vitale wrote in my chart that I have a history of being "extremely overweight" with poorly controlled Diabetes. I am, however, 5'9 and have never weighed over 145 lbs in my life. He also wrote that I suffer from "pain radiating to the lower abdomen". I do not suffer from any pain. Clearly he made some mistakes when writing his notes. This seemed easy enough to correct. However, trying to get this corrected has been an impossible task. His office at 12 Uxbridge rd in Mendon Massachusetts referred me to the practice manager Michael Shifman. Mr Shifman claimed to have taken care of the issue but nothing was actually corrected. He sent me a certified letter stating it was corrected accompanied by a print out of the chart. NOTHING HAD BEEN CORRECTED. I was then referred directly to RISK MANAGEMENT. It has been over 30 days since I first brought this issue to the attention of Mr Vitale's office and as of July 28 2022, nothing has been done. I do not recommend this practice. I would not bring your loved ones here.

I'm not going to lie - I was a skeptic, I thought it was bizarre that you would pay an annual fee for a doctor's services outside of your normal Insurance. I really was like is it really worth it ? BUT wow - I get it now. I signed up as a MDVIP patient and I've never had a physician like this. Dr. Hoffmann is so responsive and you feel like you're talking to a doctor you've had your whole life. He goes above and beyond for his patients- calling and checking in during the day or the evening when my husband was very sick at the start of covid. Knowing that he was a phone call away was extremely comforting during that time and I don't know how I could have gotten through that with just a regular doctor that is not as accessible. He thoroughly would listen to me and immediately take action if something was needed. For me, I have suffered with migraines and have not really had a physician take me seriously with that. Dr. Hoffmann has gone above and beyond to find a treatment plan that works best for me. His office staff is very friendly and also thorough as well. They always get back to me and are always willing to help. I don't think I will ever be able to go back to a regular doctor.

Dr. Way has a holistic approach which helps the body align from the inside out. Recently I was in a car accident and sustained a whiplash. I mean the ease with which the process moved, from appt setting, to examination/initial assessment to weekly progress. THIS team is the G.O.A.T. I feel so blessed to have Been treated here, they truly care about EACH PATIENT, which I feel is a rarity. They don't rush, they check in with you constantly during the appt, making sure you're ok. They challenge just enough and listen to you when you need them to. I can't say enough about this team.
