Her retainer fee was very reasonable, she instructed me to write a polite email to my ex which stated my position, and my ex wrote back stating that my Christmas visitation would be ignored. Emiko Meyers was then able to schedule a court date within 10 days of the email exchange, and was promptly able to get my ex to back away in the meeting room before the hearing began, based solely on the email exchange. After all was said and done, Emiko Meyers refunded a portion of the retainer back to me without me even requesting it. I was flabbergasted by her expertise and professionalism.
