I would give this cute little park four stars merely because of the proximity to my new apartment,…read morebut then I'd sort of be hyping it up for those of you who don't happen to live within walking distance. It's the sort of park that you wouldn't necessarily travel for. It's your run-of-the mill neighborhood park that takes up about a quarter of a block. It's across the street from the Giant Eagle on Bunts. It's got a fairly large (but obviously not Lincoln Park large) grassy area, a playground with one big swing, one baby swing, a slide/jungle gym, etc. It also has a tennis court and a water fountain. Very nice to have nearby when you don't really want to "commit" to going to Lakewood Park. But again, probably not worth it unless you a) are at Giant Eagle and want to plant yourself somewhere for a few minutes to hang out; b) have a kid and live in the vicinity, or c) want to plan to meet someone for a picnic or something.
