First of all, they never showed up on the first day scheduled. I called and texted and no response until later in the day. The crew did show up the following day, but told me "the scope of work wasn't as described by Matt (Fabulous Floors). They then had various "talks" with Matt regarding the situation. Obviously, they wanted more money than Matt was willing to pay them. They then told me they couldn't do the job today and would come back in TWO WEEKS!!!! I lost days with my handyman who didn't come in because the floors were supposed to be done and now I can't find someone on such short notice....BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL.
