I needed a prescription refill, the exact same prescription I've taken for over 10 years and the front desk staff told me I'm considered a new patient? I thought that was weird but I was fine with it considering the whole world was on lock down for a year because of Covid - so no I haven't been in for an annual check up lately. But she was actually rude (and unhelpful) telling me it had been 3 years since I was seen? Also I already had my annual check up scheduled so I didn't even understand why she was giving me an attitude or trying to argue. But I wasn't going to argue with a kid on the phone about nonsense. Unfortunately, I was not able to be helped by doctor Ghosh for my refill that I needed. After the unnecessary drama, my husband and I have decided to find another primary care doctor for our family. Just to give you some background information I'm in excellent health, I come into the office whenever Dr. Ghosh tells me I need checkups or she needs to run heart tests or anything even when I didn't have insurance and I paid her out of pocket. The bottom line is, if you want a doctor who cares about you and your family, don't come here.

She is thorough, personable and extremely knowledgeable. I see her 2-3 times a year. Some other reviewers have rightfully noted some challenges with the support she gets from her office staff. Some staff are extraordinary others make it clear that you are a bother to them and don't bother to follow up on issues. Dr. Agrawal recently announced that she will be starting a new practice and I imagine that many of those issues will be addressed.

I understand that he is an award winning fertility doctor, however, his customer service is not award winning. Today, was the last time that he will ever see me in his office and have the opportunity to deliver insensitive service. When I visited today, I expressed my concern that whenever he takes cultures or does my pap smear, that I never hear from him or his office on my results. I pay for the exam, so I expect to know the outcome of my results. His response "you have to call for your results" and I then let him know that he never informed me of this policy. I told him that I did call because I was concerned about the symptoms that I was experiencing and he did not return my call. I explained that my internist always calls or send my results via US mail. He seemed offended that I had a concern regarding his lack of communication about my reproductive/vaginal health and that I asked to know the results of cultures. Well...I should have waited until the end of my exam before expressing my concerns, because he took his frustration out on me during my exam. He began my exam by trying to shove the instrument (without KY) into me in which I vocally expressed my discomfort by saying "ouch that hurts". After my 3rd "ouch that hurts" and my voice became louder in case he didn't hear me saying "ouch" the first 2 times, he said to me maybe I should use KY jelly to help it go in easier. I'm thinking, you've got to be kidding me! That didn't occur to you at first before beginning the exam? I felt like he was trying to forceable rape me with the instrument. After the exam was over and I went to the bathroom, there were traces of blood as I wiped myself. I hardly find this type of treatment acceptable and his practices are barbaric. I know Yelp has filters, but please, for the women who want and need to know, allow them to see for themselves my review and others who have had similar experiences. We are not making this stuff up! Having a sensitive ObGyn who respects your right to know your results and who is gentle with your parts is essential when dealing with our reproductive health.

Today when I said we were going to her doctor my 2.5 year old kept repeating "I am so excited" and "this is the best day ever!" Dr. Lang and Beth follow up with phone calls when my daughter has been sick and are overall very caring and supportive. And the specialists they have referred us to have all been good. In the past we have experienced long wait times but that has resolved. Also, having a pharmacy on the first floor of the building is very convenient. I feel lucky to have found such a caring pediatrician!!

Dr. Lang was very nice when we did see her but overall I did not like the feel of the office. I also wanted to be somewhere I could call after-hours with a question or come on the weekend if I needed too without paying a concierge fee. Like I said, this office just wasn't for us. I didn't really do any research prior to going here because she was a recommendation from my OBGYN office (which I loved)-but I would recommend researching any new dr prior to going. I don't know what the health effects (including negative) are but I've been trying to take it when I remember and get more sun. The parking garage is expensive. On 6/7/19 I paid $185.00 for an office visit because, although Dr. Musher is a network provider with United Healthcare, he wanted to take enough payment in case I had not met my deductible. On 8/17/19 my wife (under whose name his office staff had mistakenly filed the insurance claim) called and spoke with the office staff about an EOB showing that I was responsible for only $51.23 and that Dr. Musher owed me a refund of $133.77. UnitedHealthcare had informed me that Dr. Musher was paid electronically on 6/26/19 and was in breach of his network-provider contract by failing to refund me within 30 days. The office staff promised a refund within the week. When a refund that did not arrive as promised, my wife called on 9/5/19 and spoke to Dr. Musher himself. Dr. Musher solicited my wife's agreement that I subscribe to his concierge service. Pressuring her, he told her I had health issues for which he had advised follow-up care. His disclosing my private medical information without my authorization violated HIPAA law. Moreover, this high-pressure marketing of a concierge service in an attempt to credit the $133.77 to concierge subscription fees instead of issuing me a refund check was inappropriate, unprofessional, and unfair and deceptive in violation of the Maryland Consumer Protection Act. I received my refund, but only after two telephone requests, one-and-a-half months from the time of the first request, and two-and-a-half months from the time that my health insurance paid Dr. Musher. In sum, Dr. Musher engages in unfair and deceptive trade practices relating to billing and to inappropriate and unprofessional solicitation for his concierge service, as well as unauthorized disclosure of private medical information. I do not recommend this doctor for anyone.

I have never experienced a physician who will pick up the phone while sitting on the dining table and eating their meal and will tell me no problem she doesn't mind talking to me. I talk with many physicians not just Dr. Tuli so I know that for sure. By the way I'm in a healthcare field for 20 years and Dr. Tuli sees my residents. I manage 3 healthcare facilities. While explaining how previous doctors have treated it, she made judgmental faces. Her body language, facial expressions, and tone was plain nasty. And even if you don't approve of other doctors' treatment, you can state that verbally- not with nasty little faces or rude sighs and tsks like I am a child confessing to stealing candy. Half the time her facial expressions to my recounting my medical history was as if she was smelling something foul- not sympathetic or empathetic or engaging active listening skills - pure nasty cringing. So unprofessional! Furthermore, she was obnoxious and seems to be used to treating patients who don't ask any questions- and she treats patients who ask questions poorly to discourage more questions. She would not give more than 1 sentence curt replies to questions and was insulted that I actually wanted to have a dialogue about my healthcare. Also I had given my only copy of notes from previous Dr. The nurse said she could make a copy and return my copy since it was my only copy. As I was checking out, Dr. Tuli overheard me tell the nurse that I wouldn't be returning. When I asked for my originals, the nurse said she would make a copy in 2 min, Tuli ran in saying that they wouldnt return them-not a copy or original. After a 20 min fight, she threw the originals back at me without making a copy for her file. Insane! Even if I was never coming back, those notes were still part of the record of our encounter. Forget her horrendous bedside manner, she was a plain bully. I have dealt with lawyers and bullies on the playground where I have felt the same. I have never had such a poor interaction with a doctor.

No one returns my phone calls or answers email messages via patient portal. I ran out of osteoporosis medicine for over 3 weeks now. A Dr. Patel emailed me saying she was filling in for Wexler and would send a script into CVS Specialty for me. That was over a week ago, and I still have no medicine because CVS Specialty claims Dr. Patel sent them an incomplete script. I sent a message regarding this to Dr. Patel, and all I got was an out of the office response. So, the circus starts all over again. I am disappointed with MedStar to allow such poor care to be acceptable. Their doctors are overworked, and I wonder if Dr. Wexler even has a staff based on the nonresponses I've received for so long. It is unbelievable ill people must go through so much just to get a prescription. If you want a doctor who responds to your needs, look for someone who cares enough to read his e-mails and has a staff who calls back.

It's not him, it's the staff that reads his emails. Unfortunately, what happens is a lot of messages have the same general questions. Which equates to a cookie cutter approach and the only person that feels its an emergency is the patient. Might I suggest when you visit his office get acquainted with his STAFF. How you interact with them and how friendly you are will make them remember you when you call or send a message.
