I really appreciated how they recognized the importance of timing and helped make it work. Her staff was friendly, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the process. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Okoro was professional, thorough, and reassuring. She performed both procedures smoothly, removed two polyps for biopsy, and made sure everything was handled with care. Afterward, she took the time to speak with my wife and me and clearly explained the findings. Aside from the polyps and a mild case of diverticulitis, everything looked good and I was cleared for my upcoming surgery. Her office also sent the results promptly to my surgeon, which made the whole process seamless. The mail order service also reached out and attempted 3 times before sending me a letter saying they couldn't put me on mail order because my doctors office wouldn't return their calls. I then called in trying to change my pharmacy because I'd moved to a different neighborhood in town, they never called me back so I ended up having to switch my prescription internally within publix to the nearest publix which is still not my closest pharmacy or where I would like to have my rx filled but I can't go outside of publix bc I can't get ahold of anyone to transfer it! Most recently I asked for an medication refill for something I have to take daily and it took Porsche TWO WEEKS to respond to my pharmacy and me with the response of no?!? The office staff is horrible. I don't even know how they are in business with staff that simply doesn't care about doing their job.
