The nurse was wonderful I called this morning and they told me her name was Cynthia. She was amazing and, so very kind. I had blood work taken, and they were incredibly professional and fast. And I could not recommend the doctor I saw more. As I said I called back this morning and they told me the doctor's name was Dr Yosef. He was absolutely professional, meticulous, and asked lots and lots of questions. I understand that during this season immediate care facilities get very busy and sometimes that can be stressful for customers. They all came back negative. Instead of prescribing medication for my symptoms they just prescribed an inhaler because I have a history of childhood asthma. I have spend the last eight days coughing like crazy with very little sleep. I tried over the counter medication and used the inhaler, but nothing helped. I went to a different urgent care 8 days later with the same symptoms and they prescribed cough medicine, steroids, and antibiotics. The doctor was shocked they did absolutely nothing to help me. The only reason I went to this urgent care was to get on top of the problem and prevent being super sick over the holidays. It was an absolute waste of time.

I looked online on both Yelp and the clinic website and this location is listed as open until 9pm and available for walkins. It was 7 pm when I looked this up, so I felt I had plenty of time and wasn't going to be one of those butthole customers that show up 5 minutes before closing. We drove 20 minutes in the opposite direction of the er only to see a tiny piece of paper on the door saying "we are closed" another saying "X-ray broken" and another saying "at full capacity" (even though they were closed and there wasn't a car in sight.) It's 2023. Update your website with your hours. There's even an option to indicate it's temporary so patients don't get confused. Don't put "accepts walk ins" in your business plan if you can't take new customers - as indicated by one of many pieces of paper on your glass door. While this thankfully was not an emergency, I indicate that it's 20 minutes in the opposite direction of the er only to illustrate how frustrating it is to drive 40 minutes round trip for nothing. When an up to date online presence would tell any stressed, overwhelmed parent they should just head straight to the er and that 40 minutes could be put toward the long er wait times. I finish this post with a question. If this office can not figure out something as simple as the internet, are they really reliable enough to help you in an urgent situation with your children?

They are in the Hamilton Mill area in the same shopping center as Kohl's next to Anytime Fitness. I recommend scheduling a time online. I checked in and they helped me right away. There were also 3-4 other kids waiting in the lobby. Registration was painless and the lady at registration was very nice and caring. The nurses at triage were great and helped me since I had two little with me. After his appointment, they let me stay in the room awhile to feed him while one of the nurses came in to entertain and walk my daughter around the halls to occupy her. We were only there in and out in an hour, even with me feeding my son. Now I can't say they will always have a short wait, but highly recommend getting a time online if you can to be seen immediately.
