The company stocks over 10,000 lighting products, including low voltage incandescent, high pressure sodium, metal halide, high pressure sodium, metal halide and super metal halide lamps, along with fixtures and ballasts, from manufacturers, such as Aamsco, Voight, Union Metal, General Electric and Jet-Phillips, to name a few. City Lighting Products offers the image management program for customized lighting-system installations. It caters to a vast client base, which includes retail stores, industrial center, hospitals and churches. Another key aspect to our business is our personal account management and accurate time estimates for your business. While City Lighting Products specializes in the construction and maintenance industries, they can easily help your building with your lighting needs. When you start an account with us, an account team assigned to your business evaluates your needs and delivers a customized report for you. After that, a dedicated customer service representative is put in charge of your account and is in constant communication with your project managers. We will then create a timeline for you so that everyone can be on the same page throughout the process. Then, City Lighting Products will negotiate volume discounts and dedicate inventory to your account to insure an on time completion date.

I contacted this company to convert my meter from 110 amp to 200 amp. They gave me a quote and I…read moreagreed to have the work done. The company sent two of their technicians to my house to do the work in March 2025. Once the work was completed and the technician had left, I went outside to inspect the meter. I was horrified! Debris was left in my flower bed and my sidings were damaged. When I called to complain about the big hole above the meter and sidings, a lady named Jamie told me at first there's nothing they could do because the technician was required to make the holes in order to install the new meter. I told her that was unacceptable. She finally agreed to have someone come out to take care of it. Well, this made it worst. The person placed a black sheet metal above the meter to cover the hole and used white chalking to cover the other hole in the sidings ( my siding is beige). My home looked terrible!!. I spoke with Jamie several time and she refused to have my sidings repaired. I decidied to purchase a panel that would cover the hole above the meter. I contacted Jamie again to inform her that I purchased the panel and wanted someone to install it. After going back and forth with her. She agreed to have someone come out to install it. I am still not happy with the damages done to my siding and the company's attitude about the whole situation. I had reported them to BBB. BBB informed me that R & R had agreeded to reimburse me for the panel that I purchased ( $35). I disagreed because I want them to replace my damaged siding. This is a hoffible company and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Someone from R & R visited my home to do a quote to replace several light fixtures in my home. I…read morewas sent the quote and I called to inquire about accepting the quote in order to get on their schedule. I was told to call back once I have all of my replacement fixtures. I immediately purchased the fixtures with some being delivered the following week. For the under cabinet lighting fixtures, R &R recommended to purchase the replacement LED fixtures from Metro Lighting instead of a big box store due to issues with the UL rating. My husband and I went to Metro Lighting and purchased the under cabinet fixtures, but we realized the fixtures sold at Metro Lighting would not work with the configuration of our kitchen. Instead we decided to keep the existing fluorescent fixtures and use universal LED tube lights. After returning what we bought from Metro Lighting, I emailed R & R to let them know that we would no longer have the under cabinet lighting updated, but we're still moving forward with replacing the other fixtures which are being delivered within the next few days. After a couple of days and no response, I called to follow up about an updated quote. I was told I would be given a call back. Since a couple of more days had passed and all of the fixtures have arrived, I called R & R again for an updated quote and to be placed on the schedule. At that point, I was told that they would like to come out to my house to re-bid and I would be given a call next week to schedule another visit. I couldn't understand why they would have to re-bid as this should be a simple recalculation to subtract the cost to replace the under cabinet lighting. I figured they didn't want to do the work or my money wasn't good enough, so I immediately started calling other electricians. In the meantime, another company has already come out to do the quote AND has already completed the work. It is now the end of the week that R & R was supposed to call me back to schedule the re-bid and still no call as expected. If I would've waited on them to call, the work still wouldn't have been completed. That is very poor customer service. Just be upfront with people and inform them that either you don't want to do the work or don't have the capacity to do the work instead of just flaking.
