I think they really made an effort to improve based on Amy's feedback. I have had their service for a year, now. I can recall one problem, but they were responsive, and it was remedied, readily. Everyone has been polite and professional. Most of my communications are, actually, with the telephone service that contacts the customer when the alarm goes off. They're great, too. Sometimes, the local office is a little hard to get a hold of, but that's probably because they are out in the field. Overall, I'm very happy I went with AS&E.

Then with mergers and buy-outs, I am now with ADT and in my opinion it is for the best. When I wanted to get rid of my landline, ADT made it so easy for me to transfer everything over to a cellular program. Most recently, ADT notified me of changes to the cellular program and sent a tech out to my home to make the necessary changes to my equipment. This visit was at not cost to me. That makes me a happy loyal customer. On occasion I have had to call the customer service department for various reasons and have never had a long wait period. My calls and questions have all been dealt with in a minimum amount of time. I believe that since they are dealing with, "security" that they respond quickly. If you are looking for a home or business security system - I recommend ADT.

Once you have signed your contract and made it passed 3 days, they do not care about your services. I tried to cancel my service after realizing ADT would not work for me. Due to wifi, the camera continues to go on/offline and now have been completely down for 48 hours. I called the actual ADT Saturday to cancel and was told I have until Monday to make a final decision since both are not open on weekends so it does not count, only business days. Monday came and the first two people Josh and Richard said yes this is the last day. Richard pretended like he was going to work to get it cancelled and needed to call me back. Never received a call back, but when I called again, Will and Luis said Saturday was the last day and I should have left a message. Will was so rude and unprofessional, he did not care one way or another. You can truly tell the call center does not value good customer service or serving their customers. A manager, Dylan, finally called me back after reaching out to the sales rep and ADT. Still no help and continued with the lie about me having to Saturday to cancel regardless of what anyone else has told me. Their website even states M-F!! Do yourself a favor and do not go with Secure 24. I do not see how ADT still allow them to be an authorized partner. Once they bide you to a 3 year contract, they do not care. I am pretty sure if someone treated them like this, they would be highly offended. Again, I hope this review finds anyone who is researching and thinking about adding Secure 24. DON'T!!!! Good customer service goes a long way regardless of the real concern, and they DO NOT have it! Leadership needs to step up and make this a quality partnership and service across the board like I assume it once was.

Our representative has failed to find a solution to the issues he has personally acknowledged and Hackett has refused to refund us the thousands of dollars paid for the system. They continue to call for past due balances on monitoring for a system that was not being monitored. The representatives are arrogant, ignore requests and take months to respond. Service (if they answer- which is extremely rare) can literally never fix the issue. I have experienced issues with them for years now in both my homes, two family members have had their Hackett systems removed and switched companies because Hackett is terrible in all respects. Our experience with Hackett is resorting to litigation. Do not ever use Hackett.
