They have been cleaning our home every two weeks for almost a year, and have never missed a scheduled appointment. On one occasion after an oven disaster and a room full of smoke and burnt tomato sauce, they restored our new oven back to NEW! Seriously, we were really impressed. Otherwise, our home is adorned in glassware, statuary, cabinetry, Tiffany style lamps, paintings and nick-nacks. When the women are done, the dust is gone and the floors shine. They usually start in the bathrooms and master bedroom, then the kitchen, and finally the living room. Lastly, they vacuum and mop their way to the front door, and bid us adieu. They bring all their own supplies and equipment, and if they have questions, they ask. No task seems too difficult, and they usually are done in short order. The secret is to do all the dishes and clear all the surfaces and counter tops before they arrive, allowing them to fully clean without being bogged down by clutter.
