They have them in rubber bands randomly tied together with no regard to size or color or anything. One person spent his time trying to convince me to buy costume jewelry on sale while I waiting for the shoddy customer service for what I was actually there for. They don't know anything about treating a customer. It's all about the upsell to them. At least McDonalds make sure they are giving you your burger and shake before they ask you if you want fries with that. There are several jewelry/watch kiosks in the mall so I just to the next one. Several had this issue of not having bands sorted by size and bad selection, can't remember the names of the other ones. Also this is a timex and it cost almost $20 when I finally found a place that had the right band. A new timex is like $35. Sometimes it's worth it to just get a whole new watch. But your call.
